Luminarias Restaurant

This was a Thanksgiving set menu. It was a three course dinner. The first course was excellent very fresh. Very tasty. The second course was the main entrée and it was terrible. The third course was a dessert course and they gave you a lot of different types of desserts, but none of them were very good.  Service is not good at all. The waitress was dismissive and it was very hard to get assistance. We complained about the main course and management gave us one of the plates for free. Management had no interest in speaking to us directly.  I would not recommend this place.

So we went Thanksgiving the waitress very cold I think she was from poland.. not that that makes a difference but she wasn't very attentive. Thought I was at dennys. Was there last year and had a great experience. This time not so much very disappointed. She put plates anywhere she wanted and drinks anywhere. I ask for spoons to and she comes back with very large spoons. Couldn't get them in the little jars. I was is this waitress ok...very disappointed. Gave small plates not enough food. My last time at this place.

This was the first time dining out for Thanksgiving, and it was amazing! The food was incredible, our server was patient and kind, along with a beautiful view of the mountains. Our family is planning to return for Christmas brunch.

Food was AMAZING!!! We travelled from Australia and I can say this restaurant knows food and service!!! Fantastic!!

The food we ordered as part of the Thanksgiving menu was disappointing. We ordered the herb roasted turkey dinner and the surf and turf. It was dry with no taste whatsoever. I even asked for gravy on the side thinking it would give it some flavor and it was not. We didn't even touch the food Beloit was so bad. I asked to speak to the Manager and she apologized and even agreed with me that the food looked dry. She asked me if we wanted something else and we said no because we had lost our appetite. The Manager then took off 20% off of our bill as an apology. I just wanted to share my feedback so that they could inform the chef about the food. I looked around and every person's food around me also looked dry. I'm just telling the truth and for the cost of that meal, it could have been so much better. I am hoping the owner of the company recognizes how bad the food was. The updates they made to the restaurant were nice and the server was also nice. However, the food needs to get better for the price they charged. We didn't even touch our meal because it was that bad. Luminarias, please make adjustments to your food and make it taste good. We've eaten here before and it was ok but this time around, I can't say any good things about the meal.

My first time visiting for a birthday brunch! The food was outstanding, we tried the Chilaquiles, the fried chicken and waffles, beef empanadas, and the Himalayan salt steak! Huge shout out to Evan for amazing service, our own waiter wasn't very attentive but he stepped in and saved the day. I had originally declined a birthday dessert, but he brought it anyways and I actually really appreciated it.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a truly exceptional establishment. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a delightful setting for a meal. Each dish presented was a culinary masterpiece, prepared with evident skill and the freshest ingredients. The service was attentive and friendly, making the entire experience feel special. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a memorable dining adventure.

We always enjoy our meal here; but disappointed that the menu no longer offers bread service with dinner.

Our party of 16 had a lovely experience. Our server James was amazing, very patient and answered any questions we had. The food was extremely delicious. Will definitely be returning.

I went to Luminarias last minute and they were able to accommodate a party of 9 for my birthday dinner. It was beautiful views, we saw the sunset, and the food was amazing. They also sang me happy birthday and brought me out a cake. It was so special. I would recommend this place because the food is so amazing! I've never been to a restaurant where I enjoyed every dish that I tried. From the appetizers, to entrees it was so good and the prices were not bad at all!

Excellent service, excellent ambiance, incredible freeway views. Busy, plenty of seating, still feels intimate. Terrific menu, excellent drinks, highest quality. Make reservations.

Great spot for a date night dinner. Ambience is good the service is even better definitely a choice if you're looking forward to a special night with your partner!!

We had a wonderful dining experience here! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated right away. Our server was attentive, enthusiastic, and made us feel welcome—answering every question we had with ease. The restaurant itself is very spacious, and the views are absolutely stunning, adding so much to the atmosphere. We started off with the guacamole and chicharrones, which were light and not overly oily—a perfect beginning. The raw oysters that followed were fresh and flavorful. For entrées, we ordered the filet mignon and the prime hanger steak, both cooked perfectly to medium-rare just as we requested. The patatas bravas on the side were hearty and filling, rounding out the meal beautifully. Between the excellent food, amazing views, and the top-notch service, this spot truly delivered on every level. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!
