We star eating but there was this old guy maybe homeless dont wanna disrespect but he was making fired inside the restaurant that make my family feel uncomfortable nobody say anything that was a bad moment that was 12 13 25 around 7. 30 pm personal needs to be alert that could be a big problem please be alert especially when there's kids around ??

High chair seating available. Tables can be dirty. This location is busy. Lots of homeless nearby during the colder months :( Unsalted fries are still half salted. Food is made fast. You get McD standardized food here. Their limited-time Buffalo Chicken burger comes with tiny squirts of sauce.

30+ minute wait for a quick $7 meal...at 3am when there should be no line but they managed to take long to get each order out.
Its been the last 2 or 3 times that I get the wrong order. Also yesterday I finally get the correct order but my hash browns are cold and my egg and sausage Mcmuffin is also cold not even warm. Not going back to this location in Monterey Park.

Horrible wait time (30min) and they have half the drinks out of service. Poorly managed location. If I were the franchise owner I’d seriously find out what the night manager is up to because he or she aint doing their job.
Food is a hit or miss at this location, 50/50 gamble every time you get an order. And why is it always cash only after a certain hour? They always seem to have their system down at night. No app usage or card payments, very odd.
