Alexis you should be fired for your poor customer service if anything a demotion is needed because you are not management material. You blame the customer for a simple in app fix that you could of done but failed miserably. Horrendous experience and I would like my money back.

Hi hello I am unsatisfied with my order. My mc crispy burger was totally over cooked/fried. The color of the meat inside was unusually dark and comes with a bitter taste. The bun itself looks over cooked too. I think it is NOT the one I need, it is totally different! The driver also smokes inside their car while delivering my order. Totally unacceptable!

I just ordered here and they told the driver someone else picked up my order but the app did not show another driver. This is not the first time it happens to me here when ordering at night. The night workers are either incompetent and giving out orders to the wrong drivers without double checking or they are keeping the orders to hand to their friends.

On some real shyt.. I feel they need to fire all female workers from window jobs they don't have the brain capacity to focus on what people are ordering without them messing up I think girls are too busy thinking about other stuff I say put the girls to washing dishes and mopping and cleaning the restrooms and let the men handle the food and customers becsuse we pay alot for these people to ruin orders and then the worst part is now days customers are always wrong and thr business is always just dusting shyt off... I got a coffee today it taste like it was from a few days ago I asked for cream and sugar if your machine don't give the correct amount then make it the right amount these people don't do their jobs correctly its disrespectful my coffee taste like shyt even with cream and sugar it taste like last week microwave coffee
