The desserts are great here but the service left a bad impression unfortunately. I’ve been to other locations before and had no issues but one of the main guys working the counter was really rude to me. His attitude just brought the overall vibe down, which is really confusing. Why even work a customer facing job if you’re gonna be a dick

Got a shaved ice and bubble waffle takeout. Waffle was too dense and cake-like, and not crispy on the outside. Shaved ice toppings (mochi and pudding) were great and kept cold well. But I was disappointed with the waffle.

I was surprised that the medium size was enough for 3 people! ! Even two of us couldn't finish it, so we took it home. Not only the shaved ice, but also the ice cream, mochi, pudding, and almond tofu are all delicious. The store is spacious and clean, so you can relax. Self-checkout is convenient.

I ordered hot taro balls and red beans A. There were taro balls in the picture but they were not added, so they added the miniQ that I ordered separately.

My child loves the desserts at Meet Fresh. This is a new location, and the renovation and decor are well done. The space feels open and roomy. They use reusable bowls instead of disposable ones, just like the Temple City Meet Fresh. In contrast, the Arcadia location uses disposable bowls for the icy taro bowl. Because of this, I think the Monterey Park Meet Fresh is now our new favorite spot.

I visited on a Thursday, right after opening, and was their first customer. I ordered the limited-time fluffy Thai tea drink with sago and icy grass jelly #C through the kiosk.

However, their sago topping wasn't ready, needed an additional 20-minute wait. I opted for boba instead. Upon arriving home, I discovered my order was incorrect - I received taro and red beans (Option B) instead of melon jelly and mochi balls (Option C). The Thai tea drink was just okay to me.

I suggest:

- Arriving 30 minutes-1 hour after opening to ensure all toppings are ready.
- Double-check orders to make sure it's correct.

Great and pretty dessert store. Staffs are friendly. They do need some training for better presentation for these dessert. The presentation is nothing like the pictures on the walls and windows.

I've been to their other locations, and it was a good experience. So, I decided to go to this location cause it was way closer to me. I do enjoy the open atmosphere and decor. I didn't have much interaction with the staff cause I ordered through their kiosk machine and picked up my order. There was very little to no interaction. So I can't rate them on that. But my overall experience was a good one. If you are looking to share a shave iced dessert, it is best to order a large one. It's good for 3 or 4 people to share it with. This is a good one in a while dessert treat cause it can be pricy. I do recommend this place for anyone who likes cold sweet dessert. Of course, they also have hot desserts and drinks too.
