Last weekend we ordered a caspian pizza without the bbq sauce. Sadly, the pizza was too burned and the bottom and top of the crust was literally black. I didn’t want to eat the whole thing as they say it’s bad if you eat a lot of burn. I hope they do something on the temperature in the oven or why is the pizza too burn. All delicious pizza don’t taste burn. Hope this gets solved.

Person working the counter, younger kid about 18 or 19 years old, was very rude when I asked for more chicken in my salad. Mod pizza is supposed to have unlimited toppings in their $15.00 salad and this kid tried to basically shame me and refused to add extra chicken to my salad even though there was plenty in the container and no one else behind me in line. Very rude, I had to ask him repeatedly and he refused until I had to ask for a manager to get my salad made properly. What a joke, to blatantly go against your own store policy and not allow a customer to get their requested toppings on their salad. I almost walked out. If I could give less than 1 star for service I would. Who tries to shame a customer for wanting extra chicken when it’s the only meat in their made to order salad for $15?!?! My first and probably last time eating at this location, and maybe Mods in general if they’re going to fat shame customers for requesting protein on their salad.

Between last month and this month I have been to this location four times. Today was the worst experience of all! Omar or Amar the guy who put our 2 pizza together super rude and played me for a fool. I asked for extra cheese and said he couldn't and pointed at the menu saying it stated on the menu no extra cheese. After I paid I thought why would he refuse to add more cheese when I know Mod pizza is all about being unlimited. This is the 3rd time out of four times I come and I'm refused extra cheese. I think this employee is promoting false advertisement. Omar/Amar shame on you for your bad customer service you should be thankful to have a job with that attitude. I need MOD Pizza to make this right! I will be contacting corporate tomorrow. Ps I read the menu Amar/Omar paoinyed and no where did the menu state no extra cheese or toppings. The small print just explains the calorie intake. When confronted her lied and said he never said that.

OMG This place!! ? I had to sign up for the rewards asap bcuz I knew I wud become a "regular".. Their portions are ??.. Everything tasted amazing I love love love their Mega Salad ? (it literally lasts me 2days), love they have outside seating even tho the view ain't great ik it will be after the construction.. It's not on the list but u hav2 try the chicken ranch pocket pie!!Yeah I mean ugh.. ❤️
