Amazing signature beef noodle soup here. I am So So happy it’s back. The broth is perfectly spicy and deeply flavorful.. the beef just falls apart and the noodles are insanely great. The pig ears here are also good. The Dan Dan noodles and chengdu style noodles are also very comforting.
Currently my go-to place. Their Szechuan dumplings and Chengdu noodles are my favorite, but I've had the sour Bean noodles, the special beef noodles, and the cold sesame noodles and they are all really good. They're cucumber salad has big chunks of cucumber and has a really good balance with the dressing, which isn't too sweet. I really love the thick hot sauce that's on their tofu appetizer --that's the green onion and chili paste cold tofu. Next time...
I know i don't have the best picture. But this says a thousand words. The food was so delicious I couldn't stop eating. I was so into how amazing it was i forgot to take pictures. Ordered the green onion and chili paste cold tofu, pan friend dumplings, chengdu style dry noodle, crunchy beef noodle and the iced lemon black tea. We came on a whim but we are absolutely coming back. An explosion of flavors and spice. Super comforting.
