Manager poured me and look couldn’t even get some chicken this is supposed to be a string bean.
Place itself is nice to dine at, but the food overall is always awful.
The last time my wife and I ordered from here, the rice had several lumps that were rock solid. I had fried rice, she had steamed and both the same!! Also, the orange chicken had a burnt charcoal taste, and the portions are smaller than usual
I will avoid this place at all costs

Blakley is the young woman’s name. She was unhelpful and unhappy with customer service. She has been hired by Panda Express to provide customer assistance and be customer focused. Yet in my case of asking to cash out the remainder of the gift card back, I got pushback galore. She let me have it, by telling me she knew the law. She indicated the law only applies if the initial purchase of the gift card under $10. Hmmm, let me think about that one for a second. Nope, it wouldn’t make sense. It’s the remaining balance on a card of less than $10. So much for knowing the law and letting me have it. If I didn’t insist her to still give it a try, she wouldn’t have discovered what she knows was wrong. Not very noble. How could I not be angry about the matter? If you were in the Right, I would have apologized. But I wasn’t wrong, in this case customer was right. And you have the audacity to say I had an attitude.
Enough of the rant, please learn from this incident and be better. I will also try to be better. We can all try to make ourselves better, I included.
This panda currently has 4.1 stars, rightfully so because it normally is 4-stars above. I don’t always have a GC to cash out so therefore would not run into this situation regularly. But if I do, I have certain expectations.

Terrible service from the first individual I met. The Asian female that helped me when serving my plate. This was at 5:40 pm on Friday, 11/22. She forced me to move forward before knowing what I wanted and forced dishes on me. Waste of time and money. Nobody deserves to be treated like that. And she yelled and didn’t treat me as a human. The rest of the team laughed seeing her behavior and were nice to me. This store is doesn’t care about customers or it’s her that doesn’t care. She’s a rude person.

This place has the WORST service, I ordered online and they said I would have to wait half an hour more. So I got in line to pay for another plate and when it came to my turn to be served they told me to wait so they can do the online orders. So now I have to wait another 15 minutes. So I asked for a refund, they were very rude! There was NO line and they could have easily served me in two seconds.

Pretty busy location. I came during a promotion and it was packed. But the staff really worked their best to keep the line moving and food delivered to the customers. Can never go wrong with orange chicken. I tried the quinoa rice for the first time and it's pretty good, probably healthier options than fried rice.

My wife and I had a great experience at the Panda Express in Monterey Park, CA. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious – exactly what we were hoping for.
A big thanks to Betty, the manager, for making our visit even better. She greeted us with a warm smile and made sure the whole team was just as friendly and welcoming. You could tell she’s not only great at managing but also cares about the people she works with. It’s clear she takes pride in her job, and it shows in how the place runs.
Our cashier, Melanie, was also awesome, providing top-notch customer service with a smile. She really made our experience even more enjoyable.
The positive atmosphere and excellent service from Betty and her team left us happy. Keep up the great work, Betty – you’ve got a bright future ahead! Highly recommend this Panda Express if you’re in the area!
P.S. I’m sure that Mr. Andrew Cherng, and Mrs. Peggy Cherng will be proud of you, Betty on how you carry yourself with pride and compassion at Panda Express!

Rude cashier, manager is absent, and the food is fine, but there are an insane amount of people waiting for their mobile orders. I've ordered there for a while, and it's the same every time. It's not a good place to order take out from. Go somewhere else if you don't plan on dining in.

My favorite Panda Express, it is a spacious place with many tables that are always kept clean, delicious food and it is not as expensive as other restaurants with 15 dollars my husband and I ate.

This store has had friendly staff through out the times I've picked up food. The problem is that they are constantly 10-15 minutes late on app orders. It hasn't seemed to matter what size order or what time of day to effect that delay. This seems to be the only glaring problem with this location.

I ordered on the APP but it wasn't ready when I arrived at the store. After waiting for another twenty minutes, everyone else was ready and everyone who had queued up to order had left. I only had an hour's lunch break. What's the point of ordering online and picking it up in the store?

This Panda is poorly managed. They intentionally short staff to save money resulting in longer than average wait times. I waited longer for a mobile order than if I had waited in line today. When I expressed this to the manager, she replied, "Yes, the online is $5 discount and coming in is faster. You either get fast service coming in or the discount for online." I never knew they differentiated the two. And the thing is, the discount is only this month's member reward, it's not always $5 off just for using the app. So using it as an excuse is pretty lame.
