Bad service and rude Asisn Manager his a bad Attuide need to be replace with someone nice and kind treat people the way you want to be treat nice and use good tone of voice

I used to love this spot when I was little. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. I love their cream cheese ragoons and when I was little have housed like 50 in a sitting before but am too broke for that today. So I just got their two item plate with quinoa fried rice, fried rice, teriyaki chicken and beef and broccoli. Everything was cooked fresh and you could actually taste the wok hey. The rice was nice and fluffy tho a bit oily. And the meats were super tender and juicy. Even came with a special collab fortune cookie chocolate bar. This place is still pretty good.

Good food and fresh food constantly comes out, very long wait though, be ready to stand for a while.

Plus the entre sides were small.

Wanted a family meal couldn't get different options even if they couldn't complete the boxes literally only had one scoop of orange chicken and they just want to give a bunch of terriaki chicken bad service over all

During peak time it seems like the owner like to make people suffer. There always seems to be only one person serving and one cashier. It’s a miracle if you see more. Standing inline it order then pay takes 15 mins.
Don’t come here if you are on a break or lunch you’ll waste time and life here.

Attitudes of this kind are one of the reasons why I’ll likely never return to this location again. Waiting nearly 10 minutes to be served wouldn’t have been a burden at all had it not been for Pedro’s unpleasant demeanor upon finally coming around to serve. His responses to every question and request were dry and unnecessarily rude, had to be told repeatedly what entree I wanted for my plate, and walked away from the counter as I was paying for my meal to wipe counters with no indication of his return to finish the transaction afterwards. My partner ultimately had to grab our plate for us in order to leave. And all that for flavorless fried rice made from a machine and orange chicken that had been clearly sitting in that heat plate for hours? No, thank you. I’ll be taking my business to a more respectable establishment moving forward.

The food at this Panda Express is consistently delicious, and the manager, Blake, is friendly and offers excellent customer service. I hope that leadership recognizes that staff members like Blake enhance the dining experience. Thank you.

The last few times I have visited I spend a lot of time waiting for service on account of them doing on line orders, I'm already here and I feel you should take care of the people that actually came out in person.

I been coming here for many years. But today i purchased a 3 item plate. And eating my orange chicken. It was aweful I'm Disappointed for the fact that the cook has to cook the orange chicken at a certain temperature and and top of thar don't over cook it which to me it was very hard I couldn't even eat it or swallow it. Some times the noodles are also hard and not cook right. I called this morning to speak to a manager but after 5 calls no one answered. Would like a replacement I am barely making it as other people are also .I spend $20 for not getting my food the way it should be cook hope manager reaches out to me in regards of this thank you

The manager or Owner is very rude she screams at her employees in front of customers. And she was also rude to me

I ordered a plate with noodles. All I got was cabbages in the noodles. I didn't order veggie with a side of noodles. This location is terrible when it comes to portion and food quality. This was all the veggies in the chow main.
