Great customer service, always prompt and accurate

Ask for sides or exta sides cause these folks will have you speeding through the drive thru & you'll forget to ask. >.<

I went through the drive thru. The young lady delivering the food lied and said there was hot sauce in the bag. When I got home ofcourse there wasnt any hot sauce in the bag.

Don't trust the young lady people. Check before you drive off.

Everytime I go through the drive-thru, I'm always missing item I payed for and always get my order wrong. Fix this because I keep getting charged for things I dont get!

It was super good and it was My son and daughter birthday and they gave us a free meal for both of them and they were super nice and the food is so good

Ordered drive thru, got to the window and the person asked for my name, I gave my name, then they handed me someone else's order. They gave me the food that was missing which is great, perfect, that's reasonable, but the person who handed me the food blamed me and said I said yes to the wrong name. She did not say a name and I did not say yes. Also, one of the replacement chicken stripes were wet and not fully breaded. And I was not given a receipt so I couldn't even leave this review privately.

Edit: when I got home I realized they did NOT give me everything I ordered, they gave me a combo with substantially less fries and only 1 substituted bread, when I had asked for both caniac combos to have coleslaw substituted for an extra slice of bread.

The chicken strips very soft and crunchy only it needs more flavor, more seasoning, the coleslaw was ok and the fries really good.

Frys wernt crispy half cooked no place to sit down to non customers sitting on tables would love to have a place to sit and eat there with my neice but couldn't

I work across the street so i often go to canes during my lunch break, this canes always has very fast service and quality sweet tea which is my favorite. I'd like to point out that Mariah at the front is always very quick and kind as well as listen to my personal request for my meals. Shannon who i believe is in a managerial position is also always so kind and greets everyone with a smile. They both help with the atmosphere of eating at canes. Great crew overall definitely worth coming by and if there is anything ever wrong with your meal just let them know they will HELP!

I loved this my family was so happy! And the chicken was a ten out of ten. And the fries were amazing. And last but not least the sauce was so good and tasty😋
