Is it was up to me I would give them not even one star bad service they take for ever to attend and bring your food what I don’t understand if they have costumers in and out why can’t they hire more people and plus they don’t bring all your food at the time they rather get attend other tables instead of finishing one time. Don’t come !!!!! It’s worth it

Always order blaze Ramen

First off, portion size is not worth the price. I have tried other ramen places and the portions are bigger for the same or even less. Second, my boyfriend had the Shoyu ramen and said the noodles were dry, the soup was bland and cold. Asked for chili paste thinking it was free, but was 1.50 for a small little tray. I got the chicken Karaage bowl, really disappointed that it was more rice than chicken. Waiter never stopped by our table after ordering. Asked for more teriyaki sauce when she went to another table, but didn’t bring it so I had to ask someone else when we were already leaving, and they looked bothered when I asked for it. Save yourself the trip. Definitely not coming here again. Over priced and not worth the hype.

Nope never coming here again. My ramen was room temperature and the noodles were dry. Can’t believe they charge for a little spoonful of chili paste. My girlfriend got a chicken bowl and it was mostly rice with like 5 pieces of chicken. Waiter took our order, brought our food a while later, and then disappeared.

Love this place everybody was so friendly especially our server AMY very courteous and fast. Everything was so fresh and yummy. Definitely coming back!! We were a big group and we all left happy.

Nice ramen restaurant

Had the Truffle Ramen. Was not impressed. The soup base was on the bland side. I had asked for some chili paste/oil for flavor. It took about 20 plus mins for them to finally bring it to me. I was almost finished at that point. The waitress had noticed I was almost finished and had apologized for the long delay. When it came time to pay the bill I noticed I had been charged for the chili paste. Needless to say that was very disappointing and did not enjoy this experience. I will NOT come back as there are many other ramen choices in the Monterey Park area.

Beware! Read the previous reviews. They have a tendancy of removing people off their list. Discriminatory establishment! Take your money elsewhere!

This was our first time, and the only time going to this establishment. We went in, and absolutely no one acknowledged us. They all made eye contact with us. No one said anything about signing in. As we waited, a rude female host asked us ill-mannerly if we had signed in after about after 15 minutes. As we waited, we noticed a couple who came after us, also signed in after us, were seated before we were. As we approached the wait list, we noticed they took us off the wait list! Horrible customer service. We took our money to NOODLE WORLD as we should have to begin with. Noodle World is superior in every aspect, and customer service is perfect.

Didn’t feel welcomed. I arrived with my girlfriend on a rainy day and when we walked in we weren’t acknowledged by any staff. They made us join the wait list online and were taken off of it when we stepped outside to wait.

Don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. Made us join the waitlist online and then had us removed without even texting or calling out my name

Super amazing staff and food quality.

I had zero problems, ordering and food came out super quick.

Also wanted to note how amazing the staff are for correcting a mistake.

My food was taken too soon as I was outside to take an important phone call. To be fair I didn't tell the staff but they were super nice about it and replaced my meal with another one.

We love the food and the fact that we can have a few plant based options. The portions are generous, and the service is very accommodating.

Order for pick up mostly..tried this place 4 times. Staff is rude on the phone. Answers and just leaves you waiting for a long time (once I waited 8 min. Almost hung up and went elsewhere). Then, when I picked up my order, it was wrong. This has happened multiple times.
Broth isn't as flavorful as other ramen places in LA. Overall, it's not horrible, but there are better ramen places to go to.
