Lobby closes at 8:30 pm apparently. Not ideal to study. I find it weird because usually lobbies do not close, specifically for Starbucks till 10 pm.
Not even 10:30 we found it closed.

Order ice tea. Forgot to request light ice and 2/3 of the cup was filled ice. The drink was finished before I arrived home. This is ripoff.

Come to this location because it’s closer to home but every single time my drinks are wrong and baristas are rude
If I’m not in a rush to get home I rather drive another 10 minutes to a different Starbucks

The staff here is really friendly. I thought I'd found a place to reasonably come study for a couple hours here and there. But no...not only does the sitting area close at 9 p.m., an hour and a half earlier than the store, at barely 8 p.m. they decided to start wiping down tables by spraying several tables near me at once with toxic chemicals, getting plenty of the chemical slough aerosolized and drifting through the lobby, then going back to wipe each table down, slowly. This needs to happen when no one's trying to sit there, like after it closes early? Or at least spray close to the table surface and wipe promptly. Or use something non-toxic, like vinegar. Train your people not to poison the customers, please! I had to leave and now my throat is sore. I definitely don't feel I got my money's worth for how long I was able to stay vs. what I purchased

I met the most apathetic barista today who was extremely rude at the front counter and she would not provide water or any assistance. Every other Starbucks provides free cups of water. Stay away with the rude service here.

Only been here once it’s next to Home Depot so I had to. They had a fast drive thru for a Sunday morning. The boy was polite . But the best part is the amazing ice they use. It’s tiny lovely cubes.
Betty was the one who took my order at the store today. I usually get my latte the same way, even through the mobile app. She wanted to charge me for additional money for steam cream on the side and I respectfully explained her that I have never been charged for it. Instead of fixing her own mistake, she said “whatever you say”. Wow!!! Just Wow. Buying $6.00 latte daily from the store does not deserve this type of attitude. People need to know that they are in service industry and they need to be trained on how to treat customers with respect.

I was trying to buy an ornament that had no price tag on. Betty and Rose tried so hard to find a price on it. Unfortunately it was no success. But they tried. Thank you Betty and Rose. You guys are the best. Especially Rose that went beyond the call of duty to find the price. They are the best
Great wifi/study/work with laptop space. Favorite Starbucks in the area and all of this Eastside area. Comfortable seating, 2 restrooms, outlets accessible. Its possible to find a table. Its near Costco.
My daughter came in to ask for 2 cup’s of water for her sister and her she is only 10 years old they denied it.
and actually told my daughter when you leave the store can you tell your Mom that you have to purchase something? This is totally unacceptable. I actually bought three pink drinks after this, because my daughter was really thirsty, and I still asked for the 2 cups of water, but the fact that she told her when you leave the store, tell your mom she has to buy something. This is not acceptable. I will be calling corporate as well.
