Save your money and the experience by giving your money to an actual licensed store! The manager Angel and a barista that works there by the name of Madison are extremely unprofessional, and made me jump through hoops in an effort to resolve my issue - formally complaining to corporate/customer support to which they still would not oblige the request. Save your money and get better quality drinks at an actual store. Remember that if you don’t like your drinks - have them make it over until you do. The customer is always right, but management and the barista assumed the worst case scenario in the customer during my visit. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope Angel becomes unlicensed to operate this particular franchise.

Worst service ever!! Angel had a nasty attitude!!! Pregnant daughter craving a cheese danish!! Waited nearly 20 mins watching people in line come and go!! Asked politely for cheese danish 3 times with reply being I AM TOO BUSY!! MAKING DRINKS I WILL BE WITH YOU when done. Wasted my pregnant daughters lunchtime and didnt get her danish!!! This guy CANNOT handle pressure of working alone and Absolutely reflects in attitude toward customers

OMG!!! Paola is the worst employee ever. Lazy and talks sooooo much that she is so unprofessional and lazy. Had a HUGE line and she didn’t care. Spoke for a long time with 2 customers/ people she knows and then She was just talking and talking and find the perfect time to talk to her “employee” (as she call her coworker) in the middle of making my drink. After i walked to her and asked her if how much longer since she has been talking for so long just wasting everyone’s time she just said that she is talking to the employee because they need to restock……. Really ??!!! In the middle of making an order with a huge line she decides ooooh let me make a restock list while I have all this customers waiting. Seriously ???!!!
And THEN she has the nerve to tell me “ there’s better ways of talking about this?? And pours my coffee and rudely gives me my coffee and I respond When?? There’s no way because you’re busy talking !

The manger or boss is so rude she has red hair anyway she's doesn't attend everyone with respect everytime I go she just puts the drink there and she gives me attitude it's not only with me alot more people have told me she's just the right person to be there

Came here at 6:30 Sunday night the fat hippo w thick frame glasses said they were closed which seemed weird so I checked the hours of operation and when I came back to show her that it said they close till 8pm she got mad and started making excuses about the ice machine leaking around the corner or some thing like that

I was looking for coffee and Starbucks was at the grocery store. I checked it out and had a matcha latte with while milk.

The temperature was just right, not too sweet and it was a great breakfast drink to start the day.

I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

Great customer service experience. As soon as I walk in, you get greeted by amazing people they always seem to be happy. Fully stocked on cups, mugs, coffee overall just a place you will enjoy coming to. I will be coming here more ☺️

Not a fan of this Starbucks. Customer service is not the best. The server Laura put way too much ice in my drink. I’m not paying for ice, I’m paying for my drink. She also did not apply my points. Won’t be returning.

Ask for Ashley, she is the absolute BEST Starbucks barista I’ve ever had. She made my mornings every day for 3 weeks. Bubbly personality and goes the extra mile for others.Couldn’t get better customer service ANYWHERE else. I drive out of my way just to go to this Starbucks bc it’s the best :)

I went to this Starbucks around 12:30PM today (9/20/2023) to get an iced matcha. Customer service was ok, nothing above and beyond or noticeable for me to say it was a great experience. The drink, on the other hand, was made to my liking and it was one of the best ones I've ever had. The reason for my two star rating is the fact my stars were used after I left the store. I paid for my drink and didn't use any stars but a few minutes after my transaction, I noticed a second transaction where my stars were used from the same location. My receipt number is #013744. Not sure what happened but I my account was used for someone else's transaction and they used 200 of my stars. Not only that but my Starbucks gold card was closed due to this incident without my consent!
