They charge more than other locations in the area while not offering breakfast & regularly run out of ingredients. And they sometimes won't honor national coupons. But they are the only Subway anywhere near here so ??‍♂️

Sandwich maker Maria doesn't follow online instructions and refused to acknowledge the ingredients even upon showing her the ingredients list in the app! I purchased the Dangerwich in the app from the Online Vault section. When I received the sub, it was missing the bacon. When I went back to tell her she forgot to put the bacon in, she immediately got hostile and said she didn't put bacon in on purpose because I didn't pay for it, even though it said BLT with Bacon right on the receipt. I opened the app and showed her the sandwich and the list of ingredients and pointed out it comes with bacon. Yo which she said she only goes by what's on the menu and BLTs don't come with bacon normally so she will not give me bacon even though that's what it's supposed to come with. And she said it in a very hostile manner and did not even care that the app said it was included. What's the point of ordering through the app if the sandwich maker, A. Doesn't know what goes in the sandwich and B. Angrily refuses to acknowledge that it comes with it even when shown in the app? I will not come back to this Subway location ever again and I suggest to everyone reading this they do the same unless you want to pay for something, not receive it and get into an argument over it. Extremely poor customer service at this location! This place owes me an apology as well as a few strips of bacon!

Got here at 8 pm. Went over the menu on my app, went to the doors at 8:12 pm. They were in the store cleaning, waving me away, the door was locked. They were closed.

No matter which employee at this Subway makes your sandwich, they are very stingy with the meat. Not like it's coming out of their paychecks.

There is only one employee in there and she says she needs 20 minutes to "do this bread" before she can serve the customers. There was a rack full of bread behind the counter, but apparently the bread she is doing will go bad if she doesn't finish right away.

It is horrible they need to get new better workers me and my boyfriend just went 20 minutes ago and the worker did not listen to anything I said he did not know what he was doing and was rushing to make our sandwiches very rude and did not listen to anything I asked for

My mom went in here to grab a sandwich for me and her to split, and while the sandwich was being made the worker making the sandwich could not hear my mom under her face mask. So she raised the volume of her voice so that the guy making the sandwich could hear her; then came barging in another lady who works there yelling at my mom to not yell at the guy making her sandwich. My mom told the lady she wasn't yelling to be rude she was raising the volume on her voice cause he could not hear her. Lady proceeded to then threaten my mom by saying "wanna take this outside" and slammed my moms change on the table. Soo unprofessional when you have to physically threaten a customer for no reason. Should report to corporate. This is not okay!! Would give zero if i could.
