Really tasty. But the protein amount is tiny. I ordered a beef noodles with one side of extra beef ($23) and I ended up having 4 tiny slices of beef total.

Many of the ingredients are frozen and have no flavor!

Crossing the bridge noodles came from a legendary story in China. Regardless of the story I love love love these noodles. Piping hot soup in a stone pot and you add all the topping in yourself. This spot never fails to satisfy my noodle cravings.

Updating my review with a photo! The food was delicious and was out quickly after we ordered it. So glad we got there at 5pm because we didn't have to wait for a table then, but it quickly filled up within the next half an hour or so. The server was a little curt, but I will chalk that up to cultural differences. The place is small but clean and bright (oops, I just accidentally quoted Edelweiss, lol).

I love Yunnan rice noodles and my experience here did not disappoint! My favorite at other spots is the hot and sour soup so I ordered the Pickled Peppers Sliced Beef Rice Noodles for $15. There was no wait for our party of 3 at 6:30pm on a Friday. The restaurant is on the smaller end with maybe 6 tables. There was a decent amount of parking in the strip mall and the service was friendly, although we did have to ask for our water to be refilled multiple times. The broth was so flavorful and delicious, although I did wish that they gave more broth. After I added in all the toppings, there was still plenty of room in the bowl. The presentation was great and it's fun adding in your toppings. I loved the variety of add-ins and for protein, my order came with 6 slices of meat. The noodles were thick and chewy, and paired so well with the broth. Overall, would definitely be back if I'm craving noodle soup.

Nice & quiet restaurant. The soup bowl is made of stone to keep the soup very hot. Overall tasty rice noodle, toppings and the soup. We'll come back again to try other noodles.

this place surprised me. I would've never thought to go in here if it wasn't for my friends. everything on the plate does look confusing and there's a specific order, but we didn't follow it. their chili oil is so good! the beef was so soft and tender and I would definitely come here again!

Located in corner plaza between Atlantic and Garvey.I ordered the hot and sour “Golden” soup. Food came in a nice looking tray that contain a variety of add on. Soup came boiling inside a metal pot, keeping the soup hot throughout the meal. The soup is decent, not as flavorful as I hoped, but decent.I came in for lunch around 2PM and there is only 2 server serving 6 tables. He did well attending to our table needs. However, the place can use a little more help in servers.

Solid spot for rice noodle soup. The items for the soup all come on the side and you essentially dump them in the soup in a particular order. I tried the Fish Slice With Green Pepper Rice Noodles and I enjoyed it. The soup was very comforting and the fish was tender. They gave a huge portion of noodles but the side ingredients were all really small portions. The noodles were very filling and you can definitely make another meal out of it with leftovers. The restaurant was pretty empty on a weekday for dinner and the servers were pretty attentive, refilling out waters. I thought it was pretty decent for the price and would recommend it for a simple, comforting meal.

Got this a couple weeks back and I'd definitely come back again. The ordering process is very easy through a QR code on the table. My reception wasn't that great there and the menu wouldn't load but you can easily order there as well. Got the tomato beef one. The food is served relatively fast and the soup comes out boiling hot in a stone pot. From there I followed the instructions on the menu and added everything one by one. The portion was pretty huge and I love how there were so many toppings. The beef is just the typical fatty hot pot beef but it tasted so well soaked in the broth. The soup is super refreshing and goes very well with the noodles. What I wouldn't get again are their drinks. I somehow thought their plum juice would be homemade. It's just the typical bottled drinks you can get at market but at an overcharged price.

I had tried this spot in Seattle, so I was pretty excited to see it open up in LA. The appeal of this restaurant is all the little plates of ingredients perfectly arranged on a tray for you to dump into your noodle soup. They only sell one main dish here: rice noodle soup; but there are various ways you can get it from broth flavor to ingredients. I ordered A14: Spicy Chunked Beef Brisket Rice Noodles ($16.99), which has a mala flavor and some tender beef chunks. All of our food came out a minute after we ordered as the hot stone pot was piping. You throw all your ingredients inside and then they'll take your empty tray away, so you have more space to fully enjoy your bowl of noodles. The noodles are silky and don't disintegrate into the soup, which is nice. The table also ordered the Spicy and Sour Potato Slices ($4.99), which came out after our soups. Personally, I'd pass on the appetizers since the main food comes out so quickly. Otherwise, the noodles are something new amongst all the eateries offered in the area. It was also enjoyable as leftovers too.
