I’m a lao wai, but this place is my absolute favorite place for Chinese food. All the noodle dishes and rou jia mo amazing! Plus, the waitress at the front counter is always so cheerful and provides great customer service. It’s also the only place I’ve found in LA that sells da yao (大窑) soda! I highly recommend this incredible hole in the wall for exceptionally delicious food at an affordable price!

The food was bland and spicy ( reminiscent of food with capsaicin powder added in ) the service was wonky and 1 small napkins for spicy food is just stupid. The only thing I can say in its favor is the food is kinda cheap and the water pitchers are stylish. And if the only compliment I can give is stylish water pitchers that's horrible.

The lamb noodle soup is something I would recommend. Overall, noodles are good but dishes could be better.

Fantastic food. If you are doing keto, you want to ask them to reduce the salt.

I bought liangpi to take away, but it didn’t taste fresh. It had a smell like spoiled food. I only ate a little and then stopped. Not long after, I threw up.

Very tasty hand made noodles. Good selection of choices. Charming little place. Mom and pop operation with authentic and reasonably priced regional food. Highly recommended to try.

These are the best hand-pulled noodles I've ever had even in china. I almost don't want to go anywhere else. Beware their flavors are very addicting.

The taste is okay, but the hygiene is not good. As soon as you enter the door, you can smell the smell of rags that have been used for a long time. Just after ordering, I noticed a very small cockroach crawling on the table. After getting rid of it, I found another one. All in all, the experience was very poor. I was disgusted by this meal. Won't go there again.

Wen Hui is an authentic Chinese noodle shop with a wide selection of handmade noodles. The noodles are expertly made and the dish is flavorful and well worth the price tag. I highly recommend you try the Cumin Lamb Noodles!

🇨🇳 SHAANXI, CHINA (via Eat the World Los Angeles) - A classic way to enjoy biang biang noodles is with a two or three topping spicy noodle with pepper oil 油泼三样 ($13.99). No matter how you eat them, possibly with cumin lamb or Qishan saozi style, the chew and texture are both just right. It may seem daunting to pull the (very!) long noodles out of the bowl for sharing, so enjoy this order on your own and slurp away.
I have mixed feelings because I’ve ordered 4 dishes from this place and 3 were fine but 1 was extremely bad. I ordered the you pao mian, sao zi mian, and the beef noodle soup and all of them were pretty decent. But the liangpi I ordered was extremely bitter. There’s another google review of this place where a lady ordered the liangpi and complained about it being bitter, and in the video she posted the chef came out to throw hands. I ordered the liangpi to see if she was right, and yeah she was. It was gross. How do you screw up liangpi? It’s so easy to make.
The service is great and all the folks who work here are pretty friendly.

It tastes really bad, everything is bitter! I tasted it carefully and thought the five-spice powder might have expired. What's even more outrageous is that there is a black thing in the roujiamo cake. It's not hair, but a grass root or something. Forgot to take pictures. In the end, the boss didn't count the money for the Roujiamo, but I didn't eat much of the other things. I don’t understand that everything is bitter, it must be some very cheap seasoning. It seems that the boss doesn't want to do business well.
