This is really a nice place
Frozen yogurt is delicious 😋
And they have a variety in flavors.

Loved it. They should continue the guava passion yogurt and the spicy strawberry watermelon. Absolutely delicious.

Terrible Customer Service Experience

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My family and I (a group of 5) visited this Yogurtland 30 minutes before closing. We all got our yogurt and paid by 9:39 PM (I have my receipt as proof). Since the sign clearly stated that they close at 10 PM, we figured we had 20 minutes to enjoy our dessert.

The chairs were on the tables, but since we came in separate cars, we decided to sit at a table. One of the chairs next to us kept sliding off the table, so I simply picked it up and sat in it. Out of nowhere, the cashier (who said his name was Michael, though my receipt says NateB17) rudely yelled at us to put the chair back. He never said we couldn’t sit—just that we had to put that specific chair back up—but his attitude was completely unprofessional. He was hostile, glaring at us the entire time, making the whole experience uncomfortable.

There were no signs stating we couldn’t sit, so we were confused by his aggressive behavior. My mom even asked what his problem was because the hostility was so unnecessary. When I went to ask for my receipt (which he initially failed to give me), another employee sarcastically asked if I was going to complain—almost as if they knew how rude their coworker was. I said yes, because we were being treated unfairly for no reason.

At that point, we rushed to finish our yogurt, feeling pressured and unwelcome. When I went to ask for a lid to take the rest to go, one of the employees was nice, but when I mentioned that I was going to make a complaint, the rude cashier arrogantly said, “You can send your complaint,” with a nasty attitude. I asked him, “What is your problem?” but he continued with his unprofessional behavior.

This location seriously needs to train their staff on customer service. We were paying customers, well within business hours, and we were treated with nothing but disrespect. I will not be coming back.

Stopped by today 10min before closing and the very rude employee
literally denied me to come in because he stated it was closed. He was severely rude!

Well, what can I say, living in So. Cal, you're almost required to find a place for a refreshing treat. Not only do they have great flavors, but for my taste, they have no dairy options as well. After a long week at school, I bring the kids for a fresh treat because "they" really want one.

Yummy flavors and toppings.
The only thing is they really need to work on keeping the store cleaner and also more seating . It’s hard to find a spot to sit at and also bathrooms are not very clean nor is overall store .
