Great food, loved the taste. Personally my favourite is the butter chicken with garlic naan and and the chicken Manchurian is good as well. Highly recommend for anyone eating Indian food in

The food was delicious. The naan was especially good, it was cooked perfectly. I recommend to try the chili garlic prawn appetizer, I finished everything that was on that plate. The onion kulcha we ordered is not pictured but was very good as well. If you like rice with a bit of lemon/lime, try the butter chicken biryani. The service was very good from two of the staff (a waitress/bartender and a main cook). We were close to closing time, however they still served us very well and made some of the dishes completely fresh. On top of that they were respectful of us preferring to sit inside and not near the hookah. It may look like a small restaurant from the outside, but it is very spacious. The framed art is cultural and not random, which I thought was a nice touch.

This is a very unique place. I love their outdoor seating area, it has great ambiance. Plenty of fire pits for those cold nights. Service is great during the more than a few times we went both on week days and weekends. The food is legit, my wife is from Pakistan so she knows what to order. We love the majority of lassi, the chai, the tandoori chicken, and paleek paneer is really good.

Ordered the Samosas-- the first item on the menu, Garlic Naan, Chicken Biriyani, Chicken Tikka Masala, and a vegetarian curry with bell peppers and tofu in it. I don't know about the curries... I've had better, but the Samosa and the Chicken Biryani were some of the best I've had. The ambiance and the service were great. Binit was very attentive and smiled the whole time.

Our experience here was so interesting! The reviews were very mixed, but it was close to our hotel, so we decided to take a chance and we were not disappointed! Luis, the waiter was super friendly and helpful. The place is gorgeous in the evening with fire pits, lights and a beer garden vibe. The food was delicious (Indian husband & mother-in-law approved). I ordered the tofu and when we ended up speaking to the chef, he mentioned he made the gravy vegan, because he thought I might be eating vegan. Drinks were tasty. Conclusion: we were happy to have taken a chance!

I was in Monterey for a Work Conference and I called to see if it was truly a Hookah Lounge as advertised and they hung up on me. when I called back then picked up the phone and hung up again....no you aren't missing any of the story.

We stopped by for lunch on a weekday afternoon. The food was a mixed bag. Sauces and bread were great. The samosas tasted premade and the lettuce in the salad was bad. I also asked what Indian beer they had cold and the answer we got was none, they were room temp. Service was attentive.

The food was alright, nothing too fancy. We asked for onion bhaji which was listed on the menu and we were told it's not available tonight. Same with vegetarian entrees, only some of them were available. The only positive was Naan which was very nice, crisp and fresh. Service was very slow. For the drinks I specifically asked for a scotch on the rocks, even got it changed once, but I was given a watered down version.Parking: Street parking only, outside the building

Only hookah spot around...so not much to compare it to. Place has nice outdoor patio seating with ok Indian food and welcoming (albeit slow) service.

The person who took our order was very patient. Really listened to our needs and served us exactly what we expected. The dal was good and their pindi chole was excellent. The veg biryani was just okay. Great location, bang in the centre of the town. We had a nice time here.
