Customers especially enjoy the Shrimp Étouffée over Cajun Rice, the Cup of Gumbo, and the Combination BBQ Dinner Plate. While the food is generally satisfying, some customers found the Cajun Andouille Pork Sausage sandwich and the ribs and brisket to be less than ideal in terms of flavor and tenderness.
