Tuesdays are the best night to go for great service and to see many talented musicians Jam together that are local. They also have all the games on the tvs, darts, and pool. Drinks are a bit more expensive then other bars though.

We just stopped in for a drink. I had the Nitro expresso martini, and it was very good. The atmosphere is like your favorite neighborhood bar. Nice place.
0 stars would be most appropriate. I Came here with my family of 4, and didn’t see a server, just 4 or 5 people in the place, all at the bar. There was a basketball game so I started playing with the kids. After about 5 minutes with no server my wife asked if we wanted to go somewhere else. The kitchen put out a sandwich and the cook rang the bell. What I thought was one of the patrons, came over to pick it up. Turns out she was the server. She walked within 5 feet of me. My smile was not returned. She then proceeded to go sit down back at the bar and eat her sandwich. She gave me the evil eye while taking that bite of food. We decided to leave. She was pouring a drink behind the bar on our way out. For her, or a patron… I’m not sure.
We have always loved going to the Bulldog when we are in town. It was a favorite spot for our family to go. We had not been in since Covid or since their remodel. The food was good. I did miss the mushy peas they use to serve with their fish and chips. My complaint was the service, it was nonexistent. We were not greeted or even acknowledged when we waked in. We just stood there for a few minutes waiting. We had to ask if we could seat ourselves. No one came to our table to take our order. We had to get their attention. I had to ask for a refill and ask for the check. If I were not an honest person we could have walked out without paying and probably gone unnoticed. If it had been busy then I would have been understanding but there were only a few people at the bar. Very disappointing!
When it's busy, like on karaoke nights, service is very slow and good luck getting someone to come to the table to take your order. Not much for decor or ambience but quite a crowd on busy nights. Over all, i recommend for a nice evening out with friends.

Sunday night door man told me he needed to scan my id for SAFETY! What kind of place has safety issues on a slow Sunday with 6 ppl at the bar? For me, not the place I want to be. Was a cool place before lockdowns. I just wanted a beer. Irony, if the door man was sitting at the bar, I wouldn’t have went in. Looked and spoke like a thug.

Your average local sports bar. Nothing fancy.
TV’s, pub food, locals…
Very bright inside like you’re in a hospital. The vibe couldn’t use a little tweaking.
Wings make the top 10 list. Nachos are ok… menu has change since 2023. Key items like scotch eggs and fried pickles are gone :(
Beer prices are best during happy hour, outside of that you’ll be paying top dollar PG prices of $8-$9 a draft (which is crazy compared to East Coast prices of $2-$3 a draft).
