I feel bad for the poor employees that have to work at this specific location. They constantly are out of everything and apparently don't have the means to prepare it when they run out. This is absurd for a chain eatery. Chipotle should sacrifice their greed in this respect and just serve people especially now that they charge soooo much for "extras". I avoid this location at ALL cost. Ridiculous.

Staff was very accommodating of me coming in last minute and gave me extra large portions to make up for the few items they were out of that I wanted.

Food is not bad but the service is terrible. They open at 10:30 so I went online and ordered food at 10:40 got to the store at 10:52 and doors were closed and locked. When they finally came and unlocked the doors my order hadn’t even been started. Didn’t get my order until after 11:15 because they ignored my order until I finally asked them if they were going to make it

Tried eating here tonight. After using the restroom, went to the counter to order only to discover a sign that said they were out of Cheese, Barboa and White rice. Then I saw a sign that said exact change or card only. This was when I decided not to waste my money and instead headed to the other Chipotle in town. A mile away.
When I worked in the food industry, my manager would call other locations to barter for whatever we were low on.
Nowadays, a sign is the answer for missing your inventory up. So my money went elsewhere. I’m not paying full price for half the ingredients. The restroom was pretty dirty too. It just kinda reflects the management here I suppose.

Slow, not even busy. Stood in line for a long time. Around 7pm, they seemed to be out of a type of meat and black beans. You can tell the person cooking in the back didnt seem like they were interested in doing their job which was cooking the items that were low.

Once I got my order I added a side of guac which she made a mess of putting into the small container. I had to ask the cashier to wipe the container as it would have just been on everything.

I used to enjoy going to the Monterey one but moving forward will stick to the one located in Sand City. The vibe was just off almost like we were an inconvenience to them or something.

No sour cream! I asked to put queso instead they will charge you for it we cannot substitute it!

This place needs to update the hours. Standing outside at 1045 when online says open and the door says 1030 open.
