The vegetables are always crisp, and the meats are seasoned and cooked perfectly. I had the grilled chicken vermicelli, and it tasted light but full of flavor. That’s not easy to pull off. Chopstix has earned a spot as one of my regular lunch spots in Monterey. Their food is always consistent and flavorful, and it’s a comfortable place to sit down and relax. Whether I’m having pho, banh mi, or fresh spring rolls, I know I’ll get a meal I love. The staff recognize me now and are always cheerful and professional, which adds to the charm. Busy time 7pm. Not sure if short staff or not so organized but not great service. Not sure why spoon not prepared with fork chopsticks. All had to ask fr spoon. Forgot our drinks and my disn came out at room temperature not hot reasonable price not sure if other locations same. Not sure if worth to return
