Three stars for the ice cream, zero for the customer service experience. No eye contact, rude/curt responses, but still reminded me to go through the tip prompts. Wondered if everyone working there was just having a bad day, but as soon as the group I was a part of left, the staff behind the counter went back to being cheery and nice to one another. Weirdly hostile customer service experience, which explains why I hardly ever see people there.

So, we drove all the way there (25 min) and they were closed! It is 7:30. They are supposed to o be open until 10;00.

genuinely the rudest crew at a restaurant i have ever encountered. we come in all the time because it’s the closest ice cream place to us, and tonight was probably the last time. the girl with white hair taking my order walked away while i was telling her what i wanted and so i recieved the wrong thing. i only paid because i didnt want to make a scene in front of other customers.
i cannot recommend more that you go somewhere else. everyone in this store is miserable. should we call OSHA, guys?

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a cold stone and it was all thanks to Elsa. She was so patient and walked me through the different ice cream flavors and mix-in options, and offered great suggestions without making me feel rushed. Will definitely be coming back.

Me and my wife have been coming here for almost 10 years, and we have always been satisfied. They have very fast service and the ice cream tastes amazing, every flavor and topping is fresh and I can tell the manager cares about the store. The workers are also very kind, even when it is busy and chaotic in there which we understand isn't easy.

Highly disappointed in the customer service I received tonight at this location. I am a regular at this location since we moved to California a few months ago, but today I got a different experience. When I first walked in I was not greeted with kindness instead I was was stared at until Elsa S. asked what I would like. I stated I wanted one scoop of cheesecake ice cream on a waffle cone mixed with M & Ms . After I told Elsa S. my order she asked what size ice cream I wanted and I repeated my order back to her. After going back and fourth with her about just wanting one scoop of ice cream I stated I wanted the like it size. ( never had to tell any other place what size) After that I then stated I wanted another ice cream cone the same order but with double scoops. She came back to the counter to mix the m&ms in and it did not look like double scoops at all in fact it was way smaller then the first one so I asked is that a double scoop and she caught an attitude and said yes it is . I stated we come here all the time and usually that’s not how they do it , but that will do. After she finished with my order two other people walked in and she greeted them with smiles and asked how they were doing. I find it very rude being as though I was wearing my military affiliate clothing and would’ve hoped she been more kinder . My husband is a military service member who loves this location , but after tonight we will not be coming here again. I called to speak to a manager and was told she would not be in until tomorrow so I will call again tomorrow to tell the manager about my experience.
