Got the crab house burger was, was good. Fries were all the ends and crumbs from bottom of bag and they offered 6.99 margaritas (happy hour all day) had 2 and felt nothing. They were skinny, so that was perfect, just lacked the well tequila. Bartender was great though.

The audacity to serve a half lobster that has probably been sitting on the kitchen counter for god knows when and decides to sear and serve it really deserves a ZERO star. The amount of pungent smell that exploded in my mouth.. wow was truly shocking. I have never had a lobster smell soooo pungent in my life and I just hope that those couple bites don’t send me to the hospital tonight. The lobster was addressed by comping the seafood risotto plate but there is NO EXCUSE to send out foul food that your dog wouldn’t even eat nor would you serve to them.
The coldest beer and great service. I was there on a solo trip about 1 pm for my birthday. I had the beer and calamari. The calamari was lukewarm, some of it was crispy and some was not. Looked like they gave me leftovers. Disappointed. Next time beer only cause it was great.

Very nice establishment. The service was OK. It could have been better. Other seating areas seemed to get better service from their servers. Food was bad. We probably could have had better food from a truck vendor. Next time I'll check reviews first.

The Crab House, with its signature giant clock near the end of the Wharf, is a wonderful relaxing destination to dine with family or friends, featuring a great setting and beautiful views from both upstairs and downstairs. It’s perfect for corporate and tour groups and celebrations, offering a spacious layout, al fresco dining upstairs and downstairs with great views of the Monterey Harbor, and a comfortable bar area also with fantastic views. The restaurant is very well run, with professional and friendly servers and hostesses who make the experience seamless. They welcome families and with the big space and a variety of seating options, it's a great choice.
For lunch yesterday, everything was delicious. They have a big menu with lots of choices. The Jumbo Coconut Prawns with chunks of sweet mango were crispy and wonderful, the Goat Cheese and Beet Salad was excellent, and the garlic bread was crunchy, tasty and fresh. Special thanks to our server, Jorge Ranilo, who was superb—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He made our visit especially enjoyable.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent seafood, great service, and a beautiful dining atmosphere. Be sure to check it out!

Fantastic view of the harbour however, the food was the blandest we’ve had in the whole of our Californian tour so far, and the most expensive too. This is a real shame as the place could be utterly outstanding in the right hands. The service was abrupt and not at all in line with this price point. I never like dissing a privately owned business but if you’re gonna take almost $200 off me for a kids meal, a plate of pasta, a risotto, 2 glasses of wine and 2 beers, I’m gonna vote with a keyboard.

We have been to this restraunt before and absolutely loved this dish (Seafood tower). For the price, this did not stand up. My hopes are, when we go back, they will fish the issues.
There is an incredible view.

Genuinely terrible food and poor customer service when addressing complaints. Avoid ordering the steak, it arrives grey and not even slightly seared.
