Conveniently located just outside the Portola hotel and spa, Crepes of Brittany was a quaint and comfortable spot. We loved the relaxing feel of the outdoor seating. They were busy on both our visits, but they did a great job getting through all the orders quickly. The wait for your food was much shorter than what they tell you. Staff were friendly and efficient. The food and coffee were delicious. Highly recommend everything we ordered which were, lemon sugar crepes, strawberry crepe, smoke salmon crepe, quiche, cappuccino & latte. We paid approximately $70-75 with tip for every visit.

We stopped at Crepes of Brittany this morning while walking on the wharf. The staff was friendly and welcoming — lots of young people working — and the atmosphere was nice. Unfortunately, the food was a big disappointment.
We ordered a savory crepe, an onion soup, coffee, and two beverages. The crepe was one of the worst I’ve ever had — the presentation was unappealing, and it was overly simple without much flavor. About an hour after eating, my daughter became very sick to her stomach, and later I also started to feel unwell after the onion soup, which was watery and more like plain broth.
For the price, the quality and presentation of the food really need improvement. While the service was good, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on our experience.

Love this place! Delicious crepes, both sweet and savory. We tried the salmon crepe, the egg and cheese crepe, and the egg, ham, and cheese crepe, plus the blueberry cheesecake crepe. We also bought a chocolate croissant for a snack in the afternoon. Delicious, too! Great ambiance with French music and decor. The hardworking wait staff smiled the whole time they served us. Wonderful experience!

We had sweet and savory crepes, both were delicious!
Had a convenient menu outside for any waits. The staff was very friendly and the food and drinks came out super fast. My iced mocha was full of flavor and my Nutella with strawnana crêpe was packed with ingredients and flavor. Definitely will have to come again

Crêpes of Brittany brings a taste of France to Monterey Bay. The galettes are spot on with crisp edges, tender centers, and plenty of filling. Service was friendly and relaxed, the kind that makes you want to hang around for another cup of coffee.
My only gripe is that the cheese in my “complete” was cheddar instead of Gruyère, which would have made it perfect.

Coming from Brittany, I can assure you that this is the best establishment I have ever visited abroad to eat crepes, and by far!!! It honors the history and gastronomy of Brittany, lucky those who will taste these delights !

The Lemon crepe was a delightful and well-prepared choice, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Regarding the Brie and Salmon crepe with caramelized onions, I would have personally preferred the salmon to be incorporated within the crepe itself, and the brie to be spread more generously. I was also a bit surprised by the addition of red onions on top, alongside the caramelized ones. However, overall, it was still quite pleasant. The other dishes that my family members selected were excellent as well.
