Had their omakase plate, pretty good value. A couple nigiri s were mid but over all good stuff. Uni was ok given the price. They had trout which I hadn't seen at a sushi place before. Kinda like salmon but a little denser meat. Toro, the Spanish mackerel, and I think it was squid (white with the red spot of sauce) were delicious.

Ichi riki way better; may be same owners but ichi food is higher quality. Tuna was trash sketchy to eat very fishy tasting. Salad dressing is horrible. My poke tuna was light pink and was very cartilage/ poor quality cuts and also the main point pink not red which made me not want to eat it as well as the texture. The salad dressing is not good . The short rib was the only thing decent like a 6 /10 everything else including the rice was not good. Will be telling the owner my experience at ichi was super not good compared to ichi quality.

I celebrated my birthday here, and it was a great choice. The best seafood place in the town with a fair price. We ordered tempura and sashimi sample for starters, they were so amazing. The sashimi came with couple different fishes, super fresh and tasty. The tempura was perfectly, no greasy taste. And great variaty of veggies. Sushi was yummy, and delicately placed. Everything was just perfect. When I received the bill, I was competetly shocked for the price, two starter and two mains with extra 4 pieces of sushi, only costs 87dollars ( I like to emphasize all we ordered comes with lots of beautiful fresh raw fish). While when I went to any other sea food places in town, the bills are typically over 100 dollars. We will certainly come back many many times. And thank you again for the super experience !

I love coming here on date nights with my boyfriend or even with friends/family! The best sushi in the Monterey Bay Area that I’ve ever had and I’ve been living here all my life ! My fav is Shawna’s chimichanga roll, I get it every time. But literally anything you get is so yummy and worth it !!
Dietary restrictions: I would say for the most part all ingredients are listed if you have any dietary restrictions. Staff there are super friendly and accommodating I’m sure they wouldn’t mind helping!
