How fun to get dipping dots from a shop ⭐️

Apart from the ogre at the threshold the food was good. This is mostly due to the fact that all the knuckle dragging staff has to do is scoop and drop my cotton candy dots into a cup 👌

This place is disgusting. Dirty/sticky floors, tables and chairs. The workers clearly have no desire to serve their customers either. Grumpy faced river troll staring through my soul as she scoops my $11 cup of banana split
Employees were rude especially the huge girl. (You'll know which one i mean when you see her)
Tables were sticky and store wasn't clean. Go to another ice cream shop

Super fast service, but was expecting more flavor options. They offer the same as amusement parks, but more pricey.

Sadly such a rip off. We saw an ad in the hotel magazine that said this Dippin dots had the most flavors in the world
...they barely had maybe 5 or 6, it was around 8 bucks for a medium and they don't have a bathroom for customers. Please don't fall for these tourist trap!

Should have read reviews. The actual ice cream tasted old. Service was poor and cleanliness less than stellar.

The girls working behind the counter were very rude and short with us, it didn't allow for a good experience which is unfortunate because our kids were very excited to go. Will go to Baskin Robins next time

I visited this weekend and the place left quite an impression, but not in the best way. The atmosphere was gloomy and dark, reminding an old barn more than a creamery. The tables were stained and dirty, and the chairs looked like historic relics from Steinbeck's era.
The service was just okay, which is more than I can say for the ice cream.

We went on a Thursday (1/4/24) at 2:00. Sign said closed for delivery. I called, no answer. Website said they were open. We waited, walked around the area, and then went to the back of the store where the delivery in progress sign was posted. I asked the person when they would open back up. She said she was finishing the delivery and then she was leaving because she had other things to do. I asked when they would open back up and she said at 11:00 on Friday morning. We came back Friday morning (1/5/24) at 11:00, waited a half hour, and no one opened the store. Very frustrating to go through this experience and explaining the end result to very disappointed children. Customer service and store reliability was horrible.
I had a terrible experience 1st time and service was not pleasant the workers were not happy and almost had scowls on there face when I said that the sherbert was stale. They didnt offer to replace and didn't care about customer service won't be back. I live in the area and never have these situations or attitudes.
6 dollars for a small cup nice self treat once in a while
It tasted good,. But the service was bad and dirty
A fun nostalgic treat. Perfect for walking through the streets of cannery row or sitting by the water.
