Our server was great. The food and drinks were great! Chowder was definitely worth it.

The service was minimal but understandable for at the end of the night, my husband's clam chowder was pretty cold coming out and my chicken Marsala was the worst I've ever had in my opinion especially it being 30 dollars...I was annoyed..I had to salt it to give it any flavor and take out a million giant chunks of tomatoes..I was tired and didn't feel like complaining and that's my fault if I were you....I'd send it back... of yeah the fried calamari was sad I'd rather go to the old fisherman's grotto for the fried calamari's and Marsala...

My wife and I had a great anniversary dinner. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive, in particular our waiter, Ruben. We had the sea bass and the cioppino and both were very good. We plan on returning and would recommend it. Dress was casual as it is right on Fisherman's Wharf towards the far end.

Gladys was an amazing server and really helped us with picking our dishes, sampling wine, and then pairing it with our meal.Vegetarian options: Had pasta, soup, and appetizer for vegetarians

The food was nice but we wanted to eat in Cafe Fina which is owned by the same people. The menu here is much more limited. The food was very nice but the main pasta portion was small. The view is nice as we were seated by the window. There isn't much atmosphere. Very average place so wait for a spot at Cafe Fina which is over the road.

Older manager woman, dressed in white, goes into the restaurant‘s restroom, storms off after a bit, complaining about the restroom stink to her colleagues in the front entrance. I wonder if her necessities leave a pleasant smell after she is done. For the price of the food and place, I was disappointed by her and her colleagues.

Fantastic restaurant at Monterey's Fisherman's Wharf. We considered several restaurants on the wharf, and even though we were a little hesitant to eat here after reading some of the reviews online, we're glad we decided on this one. What caught our attention was their cioppino, which truly lived up to its name--world-famous! We began our dinner with their grilled artichoke and rockefellar oysters, both of which were quite delicious! My spouse had ordered the pasta capri, which he was gushing about, so I had to sample it several times from his plate as it was so delicious and fresh. But I bought Wild Sockeye Salmon Brushed with a Lemon Honey Glaze and that was the BEST salmon I ever had. Ruben served us, and he and the rest of the staff were excellent at attending to our every need. Furthermore, a really kind woman came to our table and spoke with us for a little while. She had the owner's appearance. really hospitable. And lastly, their views of the water are breathtaking! Our entire trip at the wharf was made even more memorable by the food, service, and atmosphere of this establishment.

My family and I went for dinner and it was absolutely amazing. Food was great and owner and kind. Our waiter Michael was absolutely fantastic, best waiter I’ve meet in a while. Parents and grandparents loved the bar and bartender Brad. Absolutely recommend and will be coming back!

So pleasantly surprised by what a lovely time we had. We went whale watching and chose Domenicos for dinner after. The staff were lovely and attentive, the food was excellent and the views beautiful over the water. Really great value and added to our time in Monterey Bag.

We went to Domenico's for anniversary lunch. We had a beautiful window seat overlooking the harbor. Our waiter Michael F. was very attentive right off the bat, getting us cocktails, letting us know about the specials and answered all of our questions about the menu and helped with our decision making on our meals. We ordered a bottle of wine, Michael F. is knowledgeable about the wines on the list. He suggested the Pisoni Lucia Chardonnay, excellent choice. We received a free dish of Calamari before lunch. Calamari was very fresh and wonderful. I had the Sand Dabs grilled with Beurre Blanc Sauce, which was very light and delish! Thanks for the suggestion Michael F. My husband had Fettuccini Alfredo - delish. Michael F, brought us Crème Brulee to celebrate our anniversary! We never had dishes waiting to be picked up - Jason is on it - cleaning up our table and making sure our glasses are always filled and very friendly. I am looking forward to returning to Domenico's in the near future and hope to have Michael F. and Jason take care of us. Excellent service!!!

We ordered cioppino unexpectedly the worst, shrimp frozen fresh, crab tasted old, fish crumbly and sauce is just tomato. We were thinking would be best in Monterey its by the ocean and crab season. Can't compare it to SF! Strawberry cheesecake its has flour, over power the taste of cream cheese. Will just have to find other place next time.

The food was amazing as was the ambience. Our waiter left a lot to be desired, but the other waitstaff and busboys were amazing. Our waiter took our order and brought our check that was about it. It wasn't busy at all! As soon as we sat down, we told our waiter that we were celebrating a birthday, I guess he forgot because nothing was done for my wife. Other parties in the restaurant were sung to by the staff. We didn't say anything, but decided to sing happy birthday ourselves. I left a generous tip, not for the waiter, but for the other workers.

10/10 great service and great food on the warf! The crab ravioli and the special crab pasta were both great, so was the calamari! Loved the vibe inside, felt like we were in a boat on the water!
