It‘s simply the best mexican food I ever had. The lady took her time to explain everything, location was clean with about 30 inside seats. 10/10, would go back! Everything seems to be organic, non gmo etc.

Not going to lie! I was a little hesitant because the sign says Vegan. But we got 2 tacos Chicken & Steak and they were sooooo good! The meat had good flavor and they had handmade tortillas.

The fantastic vegan meal option took me back to some of my favorite eating places in Oaxaca. However, the mezcal was priced for Carmel, as it was double the price of any restaurant that I have been in the US. One is charged $11 to $24 for a 1oz pour. An normal pour is 1.5 to 2 ounces depending on the bartender.

I like that there are vegan Mexican restaurants. However, it lacked flavor. Chicken and beef needed to be more flavorful. Guacamole was also lacking flavor. Kick up the garlic. Jalapeño, tomato and lime flavors.

Amazing food. All the tacos were good but the ranchero and the potato are my favorite. The beans and rice were flavored great.
I really liked the Mexican hot chocolate and the plantain ice cream with strawberry and chocolate sauce. Service could be nicer but overall great food at a decent price.
