It‘s simply the best mexican food I ever had. The lady took her time to explain everything, location was clean with about 30 inside seats. 10/10, would go back! Everything seems to be organic, non gmo etc. Dessert was also nice!

Not going to lie! I was a little hesitant because the sign says Vegan. But we got 2 tacos Chicken & Steak and they were sooooo good! The meat had good flavor and they had handmade tortillas.

The fantastic vegan meal option took me back to some of my favorite eating places in Oaxaca. However, the mezcal was priced for Carmel, as it was double the price of any restaurant that I have been in the US. One is charged $11 to $24 for a 1oz pour. An normal pour is 1.5 to 2 ounces depending on the bartender.
