Waiter had a LOT of tables. Unfortunately, we had specifically asked no rice and extra beans (one of our orders). Thought we were getting refried beans (like the picture on the menu showed). We were not asked our choice of beans. Upon receiving our order, we Got RICE and a small bowl of beans (soup style). Although we were out of chips, he didn't notice and next time at our table, we asked for them...He didn't seem to be very attentive to “looking” over our table for needs.

El Torito Monterey! We had a great experience at this restaurant...view of the bay was amazing, food was good and the service was great. They have their own parking lot which is free with validation-a super plus in the crowded Cannery Row neighborhood.

The worst restaurant I have ever been too. The food was horrible, the drinks were filled with sugar. I didn't even eat my entree it was that awful. The chicken was undercooked and looked like rubber. I was very disappointed. They also sat us in the back with the worst view even with a reservation on a Sunday evening. Do yourself a favor and do not go.
