I brought out-of-town guests to Abalonetti's. They were impressed with both the menu and the food they ordered. One guest said the lobster ravioli was the best she's ever had. I'd agree--I had it too. Service was fast and not at all intrusive. We loved the pidgeons that occasionally walked through. I'll keep bringing visitors here!
Unfortunately the best I can say is meh. Everyone else's food was just ok, but my pizza bordered on bad, and pizza is hard to mess up. Feeling a little sick to my stomach now to be honest. Nice view.
Fantastic seafood and a great atmosphere. The fried calamari was possibly the best I've ever had—perfectly crispy and tender. The clam chowder was creamy and flavorful, and every dish we tried was excellent. The rustic, nautical vibe made it a memorable experience. Our visiting family loved it just as much as we did.
This place has the best prices in all of Fisherman’s wharf. The calamari, clam chowder bowl and the fish and chips are comparable to what you get in San Francisco! Great quality food! We wish they had more seating though.
The food was excellent. Compliments to the chef. The lobster ravioli with shrimp in a pesto cream sauce was so good. The seafood penne was delicious. Our server was great and very attentive. Prices were better than expected. I'd definitely come back here for another delicious meal.
The food was outstanding and the calamari brought us in, but the crab cakes will bring us back! The calamari and chips were so tasty and the calamari tacos were also really fresh and generous in size. Our waiter was kind and professional, and the environment was fun, clean and we loved the background music. We will be back soon!
Love this place and eat here regularly. My go to dish is usually the grilled calamari, which is really good, but this time I tried the calamari tacos. This will be my new go to. I highly recommend it.
Fantastic seafood spot with incredible value. The food was fresh and delicious, and the local wines were both excellent and very reasonably priced. For a seafood restaurant, the price-to-quality ratio is hard to beat. 🤩Service was truly phenomenal — thoughtful touches like splitting shared dishes onto two plates made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! 😍
Had a group of 8 of us, some looking for seafood and others wanting other things. All were very happy with food and service. Seafood was very fresh and delicious. Service was great. Beers were nice but the mixed drinks were very small pours. Would recommend if in area.
Amazing place good food.
Quick service. Clean place. Bathrooms next door was good to have

Garlic Fries are very mediocre, no seasoning but calamari was very good
One of the longest running eateries on the wharf, they still serve the best calamari and clams. Our server, Joe, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the wine list. He helped select a great Chardonnay and I must say that the prices were a bargain. A can't miss place to enjoy the wharf and a good meal.
I gave a lower rating for food, because I tried the fish and chips. My feedback for this food, is to please season your fish, as the fish had no favor inside. I fo hope to try your other food ítem next time. Thank you!
Good food. Great prices, compared to some of the nearby places. The calamari and Fries were great, with a small bowl of clam chowder. The corn dogs were good too.
My daughter first visit to Monterey and we had a great time. We had the best service from not only our waiter but the whole staff. We highly recommend for family spot to eat. The kids menu had lots of options. The food was excellent.
