For the area us place is just fine. We ordered ice cream and sat back waiting out the rain. They were plenty friendly.

I moved to California a year ago and I have missed great American cookies so much. I was so excited to see the store on my recent trip to Monterey. Purchased some strawberry crinkle cookies to take home. They tasted just as good as I remembered!

Poor customer service, was ignored for about 4 minutes after entering while the young lady flirted with the gentleman ahead of us. Cookies not great at all. Actually threw then out, and my family LOVES for cookies. Nestle needs to come back in this space, those were fantastic and everything was consistent. My rec......skip this place.

A business like this needs to close permanently. The cookies are way overpriced, cheaper and better cookies at Starbucks. The cookies here are the kind that come out of the plastic bag. The clerk is slow and sassy. Do not come here and support these nefarious snakes. Never coming here again, telling all my friends and family do not waste your money on a business that preys on the wallets of parents. The interior lacks any kind of modernity, looks like it was put together from a goodwill junk pile. The counters were dirty, how could this be when you have two bored clerks texting behind the counter.Ps I work with a lot of tourist and I am adamant to dissuade any of them into this tourist trap. Get a flannel from Pendleton,Yes. Go to bubba gump, great seafood. But do not come here it is a supreme waste of money. Spoil your kids at the candy store instead.

Stopped in for a sweet treat and they had minimal cookies to choose from, we arrived at 4pm, so we didn't try those but the ice cream is just okay. Service was just okay, wouldn't come back unfortunately.

They have many different options here, whether you are looking for cookies, ice cream, milkshakes or a sandwich using cookies along with frosting or ice cream. My husband got a cookie and ice cream sandwich with a double chocolate cookie, a pecan cookie and an espresso chip ice cream. I got a cookies n cream cookie and an original chocolate chip. I thoroughly enjoyed the original chocolate chip.The person behind the counter was very kind and helpful especially when it came to assisting my husband with what he was wanting and trying to order.The space was good and decently large with enough tables and chairs for many customers and they even had an outlet which allowed us to charge our phones, so that was really nice.

Good cookies! Came here whilst having a massive sugar craving, and this place did not fail to satisfy my absurdly large sweet tooth. I had a scoop of cookie dough ice cream between two snickerdoodle cookies. The snickerdoodles were incredible, soft and delicious. The ice cream was mediocre at best, but it wasn't too bad sandwiched between two cookies. I still catch myself thinking longingly of it.
Cookie was good. Service was horrendous. One employee was dishing out ice cream. The other served the woman in front of us, then decided that it would be a good time to count the cash in the register - with us and two other families in line. It wasn't closing time, so that's not the reason.

Who doesn't love fresh baked cookies? If you need something to satisfy your sweet tooth, I hiiiiighly recommend the Great American Cookies. My favorite flavor was the Chocolate Chip Cheesecake cookie, sooooo good! If a brownie, cheesecake and chocolate chip cookie had a baby, this would be their creation! If cookies isn't your thing then they also have ice cream available. I would recommend the cake batter and or expresso ice cream flavors! Lots of seating inside and friendly customer service!
