The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. That was the highlight of the experience. Food took a really long time to come out, which made sense because they were very busy. However, we had to repeatedly ask for water and it took like 30 minutes to get some. The atmosphere is pretty but the dog policy was very distracting. As it was Christmas Eve, they had the grinch and a snowman walking around, causing many dogs to freak out. They were loud and stressed out, making it difficult...

Key things to know: 1. Located inside of a hotel. 2. Dog friendly hotel AND dog friendly restaurant (with dog food options for doggo on menu) 3. The restaurant is an open area- meaning there are no doors to enter or exit, so you see travelers getting on the elevator.
4. Beautiful atmosphere if you would like to dress up but not necessary seeing that most patrons are just coming downstairs from their rooms. Beautiful leather couches surround a fireplace. Beautiful hardwood...
