The food was ok I really enjoyed the calamari. The enchiladas were OK. The service was 10 out of 10. drink was really good and the nachos were like a 7 out of 10.

I went there, had a few drinks with my wife and paid. My total was 110 dollars, I walked out after paying and they chased me down and said it didn't go through. I kindly pulled up my bank and explained to them that it fully went through.
They didn't believe me, I pulled up on their kiosk on their closed tab my bill. They tried to cycle through because they didn't believe me and I demonstrated my tab on their kiosk and my bank statement. The supervisor himself was in disbelief and I walked off.
As a young Latino who is military I'm assuming they thought I was being slick.
Good drinks, but really? I expect better from the management. Please do better.

The food, location, and views were truly exceptional. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the same standard. After our meals and drinks were served, our waiter failed to return to check on us at any point. The restaurant was not busy, so the lack of follow-up was surprising and disappointing. We had to approach another staff member just to request drink refills.
Once we finished eating, we waited over 30 minutes without anyone checking in or asking if we needed anything further. Ultimately, we had to walk up to our original waiter—who was stationed at the bar—and inform him that we were ready to settle our bill. We asked him to direct us to the appropriate place to pay. He stated, we never told him we were ready to pay. I said to him that if he would have checked on us, he would have known!

First, they brought a dirty tea cup with traces of someone's red lipstick. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take a photo at first because I was so shocked. Then they brought a salad. In the photo, you can see lumps of soil on the leaves. The portions were very small and very expensive. Shrimps were dry and tasteless. I don't think anyone would be happy to eat from dirty dishes or to eat poorly cooked food with pieces of fresh soil. I paid $120 for myself and my wife. I strongly recommend not coming to this restaurant, unless you are okay with this. Read all negative reviews at first.
Update. It is already the second day since we visited this restaurant, and my wife still doesn't feel well after that nice dinner from dirty dishes.

I’m giving this a 3 for the view and the extremely limited options. Only go here for the view and don’t look around too hard. It feels like off strip Vegas meets Monterey and the food is… well… what you’d expect.
