Rare to repeat a restaurant yet we found it so exceptional we did! Gorgeous floor to ceiling glass wall for spectacular view of sunset on the mountains reflecting in the water. Otters, sailboats, fantastic meals and service. Israel was in charge and had everything handled with ease. Three small children with us yet we were treated like adults. Thank you!

The service was great, friendly. The views of the ocean were great. However my wife and I didn't find the food the best. But don't let us dissuade you. We would come back and try something different :)

Beautiful views,
Super overpriced food. Nothing especial not gourmet.
Overpriced cocktails. Cheap selection of wines
Terrible service. Took 20minutes to be approached by a server that was not our server he said (no even waters at this point). We were sitted on a corner, unattended and constantly forgotten .
I order a seafood risotto that has so much cheese that hurt my stomach an couldn't finish. Also a salmon that was ok. We also ordered a salad.

I don't recommend.

Just okay. Nothing special.
We recently visited Lalla Grill and it was an average experience overall. First of all, we had to wait to be seated, which was a bit inconvenient. The Caesar salad didn’t look very appetizing - more like something for goats than people. The Coke tasted watered down, which was disappointing.

Other than that, the place was fine but nothing stood out. It’s not terrible, but there’s nothing special about it either. Probably wouldn’t rush back.

My husband and I spent several days last week visiting the Monterey Bay area and had several people recommend Lalla Grill Oceanside as a great place to dine. They were so right ... the food, the service, and the atmosphere were all top notch! Our server, Serena, was an absolutely delightful young lady and helped us order a selection of foods that were all amazing! The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water offered spectacular views. Next time we visit the area, there will definitely be a return trip to Lalla Grill!

I was told they were dog friendly, they are really just dog tolerant. Your dog has to stay under the table and perfect manners, can't have any water and generally has to be seen and not heard. I've been to many dog-friendly restaurants and this was on the low end of that. I was very frustrated as I've been told it was better than that

Location, great! Staff, so nice! Food is okay. For the cost should taste a lot better. Risotto has way too much cheese which takes away from all the flavor and potential the dish has. Crab cakes are good. Clam chowder is great! Lobster nachos so tasty. I ordered the chocolate mousse but got the cheese cake. I strongly dislike cheesecake but I can see people liking it the raspberry is good. Probably won't come back here again, this was a little vacation splurge and I'm a bit disappointed.

From the moment that my family and I stepped in and out of the restaurant. We were greeted by staff. Food and service was really good. We came at night so we couldn't see the ocean view but how the lights were dim it was a nice view. Definitely recommend it.

This place is extremely prejudice! Even to bi racial family’s!

My family & I were visiting the aquarium & decided to stop and grab a bite here, when we arrived we weren’t greeted, they just sat us down. As were looking over the menu a Hispanic server came and literally threw down 4 napkins and walked away, didn’t say “hi, would you like to start with a drink” (which we knew what we wanted as a cocktail) instead he rushed over to a table that was seated AFTER us, and took their order instead. It made us super uncomfortable and we honestly didn’t even want to eat there anymore after seeing that. So went to the fish hopper instead and spent 500$ there. MUCH better environment and customer service highly recommended them over this place ?

Went to lunch on a Thursday. Got seated right at the floor to ceiling glass windows with an incredible view of the angry Pacific.

Started with an Aperol spritz - perfect for a midday lunch drink.

I ordered the Jambalaya expecting a routine take on the Louisiana staple. That's not what I got! First hint, its a huge portion served in a soup tureen! It's chock full of mussels, 2 very large shrimp, chicken, andouille sausage and served piping hot and very soupy! It's like San Francisco and New Orleans had a love child and we ended up with a Bouillabaisse/Cioppino and Jambalaya creation that works astoundingly well! I highly recommend this. It's a large portion and can easily serve two. It's also perfect for warming up after a chilly walk around cannery row!

Service was very courteous, quick and efficient.

Street parking or a public lot a half block away.
