LindaRose Rooftop Bar & Grill at Hotel 1110

Great spot to have a decent meal. Food was not excevily expensive, great view even at night. The planes flight right over you head which is kind of cool. They have plenty of heating elements for your comfort. Customer service was good. I believe is better is have a reservation. They were able to seat us even without a reservation and they gave us seat with great view over the ocean and city. This place its located at the very top of the hotel building. You are not allowed to use the elevator (it is for guests only).

Booked here after reading all the positive reviews but have to say we were a little disappointed. The cocktail selection was good (expensive but nice) and the view is a plus but the food was very average and quite pricey for what you get. There is also not a big selection and portion sizes are small. I had the mac and cheese which was more like a side size than a main and was bland. My partner had the kebab pita and it was very small. We shared the Mediterranean fries which were a good size but for $16 they should be. Overall it was just not good value for money.

I highly recommend Hotel1110 This hotels character and alluring beauty gives a warm charming and caring feeling into your soul 🙂 Thank you to the owners and of course, the manager , for making me feel so welcomed. This place has a great location, jacuzzi in room to comfort you after adventurous days, comfortable beds to sleep in, room’s ambiance to soothe you and a fabulous breakfast to wake up to. The “LindaRose” rooftop bar is a wonderful experience too. I cant wait to come back again!

After a scenic bike ride along the Northern coast of Monterey, we stopped off to celebrate my wife's birthday with a Mai Tai and ginger / dragon fruit Mocktail, and both were outstanding. It is a great location to view the entirety of Monterey Bay! The baked brie and pistachio with crilustinis was an added bonus! The rooftop will be a regular visit every time we are in town!

Rating is reflective of the quality of the hotel. I have stayed at boutique hotels and understand that expectations may be different than chain hotels - however this is NOT a 4-star hotel and should not be listed or marketed as such. The staff were friendly, however that was the only positive of the stay. The hotel falls extremely short of its “rating” - I would even question if it qualifies as a 2 star based on an impartial rating system. There were gouges all over the room in the paint on the walls and on furniture, rusted fixtures and moldings falling off of the wall in the bathroom. They initially put us in a room on the ground floor facing an alley and the road noise was loud and disruptive. My wife is sensitive to strong chemical smells and experiences migraines caused by this, and the odor in the bathrooms with the deodorizer that they used was overwhelming making her feel ill while we were in the room. Due to this we couldn’t stay the 2nd night that was booked, and left early as it fell so far short of our expectations. They were at least accommodating to move us to another room, but the quality of the different room still did not reflect the 4 star rating. We left 1 day early despite paying for two nights and were offered an apology but no incentive to stay or offered other options. I will be contacting the booking site to ask for a partial refund and to adjust the star rating of the hotel, as we don’t want other travelers to have false expectations as we did.

The food is great. It is chilly if you’re not used to the cold weather so bundle up.

Beautiful view and very elegant rooftop restaurant.
It was cold that evening. Luckily, they had plenty of heaters that kept us comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and attentive.
We ordered 2 mocktails and 1 cocktail. All were excellent.
My only critique is that I wish mocktails were a large portion. They were refreshing and delicious.
We ordered the Small Charcuterie board, which was enough for the 3 of us. It had a great selection of cheese, nuts, and dried fruit.
The steak fries were good as well. Steak tasted fresh, not the best cut of meat, but it was tender could of used a bit of salt to add more flavor.
The restaurant is on the top floor, which is accessible via a very small elevator or the stairs.
I chose the stairs. Personally, I'm not comfortable with very small elevators.
I definitely recommend Linda Rose for a nice dinner with a view or an evening out.

Excellent cocktails in a rooftop setting with great views. The Mediterranean fries were excellent as well, highly recommended.

Drinks are very presentable! Great for sunset, but definitely need reservations. Can't see much at night.

The elevator is untrustworthy, but it's only 5 stories high so not a bad hike.

if you really want to impress your father by saying you like bourbon, The Jack Dawson(earl grey infused bourbon, crème de mûre, lemon juice) is a perfect way to go. just don’t tell him its sweet and warm like a hug with the cutest little rose on top (you might lose some credibility there). the views here include beautiful ocean sunsets for you, and a car shop across the road with old vintage vehicles for your boyfriend! LindaRose truly has something for everyone

Great rooms, great breakfast, great ambiance, great food and bar! I love this hotel! I went on a staycation for my anniversary, the rooms are large and mine had a huge bathtub!
