When I dumped out my fries to put on my burger there was rat poo in the fries. Gross! Never going here again now I know it seems all McDonald's have rat problems.

Manager extremely rude & unprofessional. Inquired about BOGO offer on breakfast sandwiches. Was totally ignored. A simple explanation and some assistance would have been nice. Been coming here for years

Slow preparing the order even though there were only two customers. Table service: they brought us the hamburgers but not the drinks, another time of waiting to bring them - wrong. The waitress served us without interest, ignoring us when we tried to ask for napkins or ketchup that were still missing. We had to catch them ourselves.

This place has stingy owners. The 2 sausage McMuffin 2 hash brown meal isn’t on the menu, the first time I’ve ever seen that. And they don’t allow refills, again the first time I’ve ever seen that.

Fries came cold then when I got my hot fries they didn't salt them at all. The fries taste terrible these are not the McDonald's fries I remember. TERRIBLE
