Difficult to get napkins, straws and ketchup if you have kids. Must order at kiosk, will not take a personal order. Little personal help unfortunately. Too busy? A pity to see this.

For some reason my ice coffee came with little to no ice… I didn’t know they went back to eco friendly straws and cups very thoughtful except for the plastic lid that they add which doesn’t make sense lol

Opening hours says they are until 12 midnight, but the lobby was locked, and the staff was cleaning up around 10:15pm. She said that we could order through the drive-through, and when we walked there, the staff denied us from ordering without a vehicle due to safety hazards of walking in a drive-through. I totally understand that and don't want to give the staff any issues, so we left and came back with a car 10 minutes later.
