Wait staff was excellent. Food for the most part was pretty good. Breakfast pizza was boring. Menu variety is amazing though, so many tempting items.

Legitimately one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Our server was fantastic! She was very helpful and nice, and you could tell she genuinely liked her job and it wasn't an act.
Food was also fantastic! A little greasy, but very good! I would definitely return!

We went there 45 minutes before closing. Staff was very helpful and didn't rush us. They were very helpful with my wife's Celiac, which means gluten will make her very sick. They had gluten free buns for burgers and the have a fryer that doesn't have anything gluten in it so she was able to have sweet potatoe fries. They have gluten free crust for pizza but it goes in the same wood fire oven so she couldn't eat that. However, Madison said they could probably put a GF pizza on a tray and only in the regular oven if someone wanted to.
Anyways, the burgers were good. I liked the chipotle aioli that came on the side. I asked for extra pickles and they understood the assignment š I got the garlic parmesan tots which were pretty good and crunchy. Sweet potato fries were very good.
I don't think they have any GF desserts but they had 5 with plenty of gluten in them. I got the cheesecake with strawberries, it was pretty good. It has a little bit of lemon in the cheesecake and the crust was nice and thick.
Overall, it was a good experience,

Chose this tavern for proximity to our hotel. Two cheeseburger were over cooked, flavorless, and practically inedible. Third member of our party said the taquitos were pretty good.

Pretty chill environment during HH, pretty solid selection of HH heavy apps and drinks. Only thing, table was sticky. I really don't like that. Fish tacos were great, and have a choice or rock cod or salmon.

FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!!
Out of this world! Anything you order will be great.
The atmosphere was fun, relaxed, classy mixed with old tavern feel. Staff was super friendly and welcoming and attentive. I wish I could keep going to this restaurant, but im a traveler passing through.
Only negative thing was the bathroom...
But everything else makes it worth it. And the bathroom isn't that bad, just didn't match the vibe of the restaurant.

Went on a Sunday after the brunch crowd. We were told it would be a minute or two wait, but it ended up being 20 minutes. We were okay with that as we chose to sit outside, and it was a really nice day. (Inside had plenty of open seating and the hostess did ask if we would rather be seated immediately inside.)
We didnāt order drinks and, clearly, our waitress wasnāt thrilled with that choice. We could tell as soon as she took our drink orders. We did, however, order two orders of wings for appetizers. We had three people in our party.
We had a food allergy in our party and the waitress didnāt want to be bothered with a question or two, and kind of threw an attitude about this. Which was VERY disappointing. The waitress forgot to bring out the requested condiments, and after asking she still forgot them. She also never refreshed our drinks. She did ask if we wanted refills on our drinks as we were paying our bill - a little late and I think she just didnāt want to be bothered with getting them, and knew we would sayā ā no thanksā because we were already gathering our items to leave.
The food was served hot and looked great when it came out, but the burger was slightly under seasoned. The meatloaf definitely was under seasoned, but the food was pretty good otherwise. The cauliflower that was served with the meatloaf was cooked from a frozen mix and had zero salt or seasoning on it. Pulled pork sandwich came out buttered (even though we requested it dry due to the food allergy.) The fries were crispy and creamy in the middle - the best part of our meal.
So now we have tried Melvilleās in-house and we did take-out previously. Ironically, take-out was over salted. So, maybe it is consistency that needs to be looked at.
I will say that those with drinks looked happy and seemed to really be enjoying their meal. Maybe we should have just stuck with a mimosa or two.
All in all, Iād say give it a try but hope you get a helpful server. I think the experience might have been better if we would have had someone helpful and who wanted to be there. We usually tip really well because we know jobs in the service industry are really demanding and they can be hard, but we couldnāt justify leaving a great tip for poor service on this visit.
We probably wonāt visit again, as there are so many wonderful restaurants in the area that combine amazing service and delicious food.

Super good wings, burgers and sandwiches! The service was awesome, super quick and really attentive. The vibe of the place was relaxed and the decorations/history was interesting. Slightly pricey for a burger but it was super good and iād get it again. Iād recommend the blackened chicken sandwich the most!
