I ordered a margarita pizza online it was rubbery and cold, cheese wasn’t even melted and it was burnt at the bottom don’t recommend

Nice location and nice well designed space! The pizza crust wasn’t great - it felt dry instead of wet like the Neapolitan style in Italy.

I will not have enough words to describe my experience at this place. My pizza was looking like microwave made, watering, the crust was as chewy as a gum. Too expensive ! The ambiance was about as lively as a funeral procession, poor customer service. It was a very, very unfortunate spent of money.

Just bad pizza. Chicken was dry. DRY. Old and dry.

Crusts were like cardboard.

Didn't even finish my pizza. It was so bad.

Factory pizza.

No one. NO ONE ever came but to ask how things were. Why even tip?

Domino's is better than this place. At least when you pick up your pizza, they smile. People here seem miserable and it shows in the taste. No love in the cooking.

While I understand that many businesses were affected by the power outages, it does not mean service is to suffer. We enter the establishment and it looked like it just opened for the day. We were as going to order at the counter, but was told that we can pick a table anywhere in the restaurant and they will bring us menus. We sat at table and saw that there was a QR code to scan, order, and pay on Toasttab. The server confirmed we can either order through toast tab or at the counter. We opt to order through toasttab. We only order a margherita pizza, a side salad, and one drink. I found it odd they didn't bring out the drink within 10 mins of ordering and figure it would just come out all at a once. The restaurant was filling up and 35 minutes have went by before my husband went to the counter to see what was going on. We found out that they never got our order because of was down wifi because of the power issues. There were no apologies and another 20 minutes went by before we got our food. There were many diners who had the same issues.

At any point, the restaurant could of made an announcement that toasttab was not working and to come up to the counter reconfirm their orders. Or a server should have stopped by tables who been there awhile with no food to make sure everything was okay. These little touch points can go a long way.

Needless to say, I was so upset by the lack of service that I cannot objectively comment on the food and atmosphere.

The pizza 8/10, pasta 3/10, appetizer 3/10. Customer Service 0/10. If I were to be brutally honest, it would be a bad experience. I shouldn't have came to the restaurant.

The place overall was okay. The atmosphere was nice and the employees were friendly. The food, however, was a different story. The Margherita pizza was mediocre, but good. The other pizzas we ordered were okay, but one was just plain nasty. The drinks, other than their fountain sodas, were bland. 20 to 30 dollars, not worth it. 3 stars at best. Could be worse.

Overpriced, average food. The deserts are all frozen and there’s a huge delay to have them brought out while they thaw

The chicken wings, especially, were incredible! I ordered chicken wings with barbecue sauce and it was delicious. I would recommend this place for people coming to Monterey.

Cozy atmosphere, crazy fast service, the kindest workers, and the best pizza!! I’ve gone a couple times and they never fail! Everything from the lasagna to the caesar salad and everything in between is awesome. They have a live band sometimes and have tiramisu Tuesdays! (Who could say no to free dessert)

Great when dining in and taking out. A new Monterey staple.
