Store #8317471683 Hello my name is Adriana Montiel, I was very excited to visit the store mentioned only to be disappointed. The closing time online said 9:00pm, our arrival time was 7:45. Nick Itsenhouser the employee told us that they were closing so we couldn't order. We drove 30 min to the location, 515 Del Monte Center, Monterey, CA 93940. There was alot of food on the bar left over, so we ask again. With an attitude, he finally agreed to make us a few bowls. We couldn't get any rolls. Overall the negative attitude was the worst part. Very disappointed unfortunately won't be returning. Also check the hours you advertise online.

Good poké, fantastic customer service, extremely high prices. The logistics chain literally only has to be about 10 miles long: A tablespoon of tuna should not cost almost 15 dollars.

Order a tuna lover and a hot charred Salmon bowl. They need to make sure the rice is fully cooked. Only ate all the fish.

Service was great but I just got the spicy miso salmon, in a small bowl and the salmon was gray and brown in places. It was actually the most disgusted I’ve ever been.

Excellent fish, perfectly cooked rice, great sauces: recommend the shoyu with unagi and a little house chili. If you like it, their wasabi is great. They also really love to customize to your exact taste eg. customizable ratio of rice to salad. We stayed for the weekend in the area and came back here a second time.

The website says they close at 9 came all the way from Marina at 8:40 and they told me they were closed should update the hours on there website
