We're regulars. Elijah makes me not want to come back with the way he treated my wife and made my wife bowl on 2 different visits now. Bad additude, and didn't get my bowl correct. Put so much sauce he did it on purpose to make it soupy. He seemed annoyed to deal with me, a paying customer. I believe Elijah would thrive in a work environment where he doesn't need to interact with customers.
Everyone else at poke house has been great. But next time we look in the window if Elijah is there we will grab food and a different place in the mall.

Fresh, flavorful, and full of happiness in a bowl. My wife and I shared a medium bowl with spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and (naturally) the free scoop of crab... because if crab is free, you don’t say no. Every bite was spot-on: the fish tasted like it had just clocked out of the ocean union hall, the toppings were balanced, and the whole thing was surprisingly filling.
The place manages to pull off the rare feat of being both healthy and indulgent at the same time. You’ll leave wondering if you should feel virtuous for eating so many veggies, or slightly guilty for basically inhaling it in under ten minutes. Either way, it’s worth it.
If Monterey had a mayor of poke, this place would already be sworn in.

Usually I love Poke House as they always have fresh fish and greens. However, I went today and had an extremely negative experience with an employee “Elijah” who was very messy with the bowls allowing for all ingredients to mix into their separate holders and reached his gloves into the bins without changing them afterwards. He got food onto the bar which resulted in the actual bowl being dirty and impossible to hold. I am really upset and other guests in the room at the same time reflected similar disappointment.

Located within Del Monte Mall, Poké House is a sweet, chill dine-in (no table service) and take-out restaurant. You can order a variety of dishes, which includes making your own poké bowl, soup, and hot bowls. However, the food looked almost too good to eat.
Service: We ordered three build your own poké bowls, and there was this extremely kind, chill lady that took our orders and took us through the whole procedure.
Food: I love the idea of building your own poké bowl because everyone has different taste preferences! The base, protein, toppings and sauces were exquisite! The quantity of the small sized bowl was surprisingly filling and everything tasted fresh. As for the drinks, they were great!
Atmosphere: The setup inside the restaurant was very clean and appealing. Furthermore, the fish decoration on the wall is stunning!

Fresh fish, large portions, lots of toppings available for your choosing. Interior is clean, bright, and open. It feels more like a place for a takeout, so I did just that : grabbed poke and headed to the beach. 😉
Service was good. Actually ordered food to be picked up on the app, when I arrived at the requested time the food hasn't been made yet so when I checked in, the young lady who helped me started making my order right away.

Good Poke Bowl place, but more “to go” - inside is not cosy, the food is given as take away - you can eat inside but without proper cutlery and plate. We were there late hour - not nice service, more like “bored and tired”, but they nicely keep the place clean and tidy. I recommend salmon with sriracha mayo - delicious! Octopus is not worth to take - overcooked. Rice as a base - very plain, no special taste.

Bought two Too Good To Go orders, and pickup was easy and quick. Upon arriving home and opening the food, both were grilled chickens over rice and veggies. They gave us a lot and it was delicious! My wife and I barely finished the food. Great place!

Store #8317471683 Hello my name is Adriana Montiel, I was very excited to visit the store mentioned only to be disappointed. The closing time online said 9:00pm, our arrival time was 7:45. Nick Itsenhouser the employee told us that they were closing so we couldn't order. We drove 30 min to the location, 515 Del Monte Center, Monterey, CA 93940. There was alot of food on the bar left over, so we ask again. With an attitude, he finally agreed to make us a few bowls. We couldn't get any rolls. Overall the negative attitude was the worst part. Very disappointed unfortunately won't be returning. Also check the hours you advertise online.

Good poké, fantastic customer service, extremely high prices. The logistics chain literally only has to be about 10 miles long: A tablespoon of tuna should not cost almost 15 dollars.
