After a long day of walking around Monterey, my friends and I decided to go find some comfort food. This particular Round Table had excellent and quick service and delicious pizza! The bathroom was ineresting because the stalls didn´t have locks and were kind of in the backroom area of the restaurant, but they were clean overall.

Would give 0 stars if I could!! The staff there are extremely rude, especially the older woman. Every time I go in, she never fails to give attitude. Will never go this place again!!!

A fairly slow service, they show 5 minutes all the time and it takes half an hour to deliver the order, a terrible service.

Ordered while on the pier and on the phone he wanted me to pay but I told him I’d rather just pay when I get there and he said okay and gave me my total. Order wasn’t put in until I got there so idk what the point of calling your order in is. Waste of time and kids in the car made it worse.

Owner doesnt even know how to look up prepaid orders online. Stopped by for lunch during a business trip and prepaid online. His only argument was that his machine didn't print a receipt. He didn't even bother to look up the order. Wasted my time and walked to another restaurant.

If I could leave a zero star review I would, went here with my family for lunch and had nothing but bad experiences.First off, something kind of petty, l order jalapeños on half my pizza and only got 6 total jalapeños for side of the large pizza. Wasn't going to complain about that but after everything, it's on the list.Once we sat and started eating our salad from the salad bar and having some of our drinks we noticed one of the cups had a literal ANT in it. I brought it to the front to bring it to their attention and I was only met with, "that's impossible", even though I was literally holding the tea up to the light and pointing at it floating between some of the tea leaves. The older gentleman was expressing his doubts to me even though the ant was before our very eyes. Crazy…I wasn't going to make a scene, even in an empty lobby. So I made my way back to the table and took all my families drinks and waiting for my family to be finished with their salads so we can leave. After a few minutes the same gentleman had the audacity to come to our table with the tea poured on a pizza dish and pointed to a tea leaf, which we both saw during the initial conversation, and laughed saying it wasn't an ant and maybe we need to call Pepsi in a condescending tone. After that conversation he made his way to the back but not before underhand tossing the dish with the tea on it in the dirty dish bin above the garbage which got tea all over the floor by the front entrance.My mother was trying to cool the situation and asked for a bottle soda instead which he hesitantly agreed to. Oddly, my mother asked for a cup with her bottle soda and the cup he gave her had lipstick on it. At this point we were so finished with this round table and couldn't get out fast enough.I wanted to leave the pizza that was uneaten but my mother insisted we take it with us so she went to grab a box and the gentleman handed her a box with soaking wet hands which left his finger prints on the box. Not very sanitary.*I believe we all know the shape and size of an ant and how it differs from a damn piece of tea leaf.*I believe we all know common sanitary practices about washing AND drying hands*I believe we all know the difference between clean and dirty dishes.I just don't believe the employees at this round table do.Definitely never going to this establishment again.

EDIT: Just FYI, they posted a response here to make everyone think they're taking it seriously. I emailed them and they haven't responded. Guess they this is who they are what what they pride themselves on. Don't be fooled!Outrageous- I placed an order for a contactless delivery, a feature that is available online and clearly states that the delivery person will leave the boxes, back away, and wait. I have Covid and a baby, so I also left a note to ask that they not knock.Not only did the delivery person knock and ring the bell, he asked me to sign the receipt and wanted a cash tip. I did everything online. I circled my note and contactless delivery on the receipt. The driver said, "thanks for the no tip!"We went back and forth a bit, because again, I don't understand the point of contactless delivery if they're going to make contact regardless. He said he didn't care.I called the store and the manager assured me everyone loves that driver. Okay, well, in normal circumstances- sure, but that was not my experience. She too said contactless delivery didn't matter and that the owner made them get signed receipts. So, why have it as a feature then??? So unprofessional. She said thank you and hung up.This is not the service I arranged, so I guess be warned if you are unable to get to the door, they'll make you anyway. 0/10 will not return.
