The baristas are some of the kindest, thoughtful employees I’ve met at any Starbucks.
I had an incident this morning where another patron had issues with my dog when the store just opened. Rather than meet with patience and grace, the patron was rude and forced me to leave the store. I complied and the baristas felt horrible for how the situation was addressed. Shoutout to Moli and the Tuesday morning crew for profusely apologizing and making the situation so much better!
Drinks are also made correctly and well done!

This was more like a cafe than a normal Starbucks. For those who ordered drinks to dine in, they were served in mugs. Never seen that before. Its a very spacious location, one of the biggest I've been in. So big that there was a big group there with kids running around like it was a kids park. It was so loud we didn't hear when our order was called out. I didnt complain about the noise or the running around to the staff, thats on parents that dont have any etiquette or common sense not to allow their kids to run in a coffee shop. I was fine with the atmosphere but I can see a time where im doing some work on a laptop and or trying to concentrate on something and that would be unacceptable. The staff was laid back and friendly. I ordered 3 shots over ice with cream foam in a medium cup. I was confused when I got a large paper cup, but it was filled to the top with foam. The bathrooms were roomy and clean. As was the sitting area. They did have tables outside but it was too cold to sit out there. They had plenty of free parking. Overall I enjoyed this location.

Great service at this location!! Maram took my order and was absolutely wonderful. She helped me choose my coffee drink and was super patient!
The pecan crunch oat milk latte was hands down the best coffee I had. Hope they keep it on the menu! 🤞🏼

These poor employees. It's our hottest week of the year, and the air conditioning allegedly isn't working, ut they keep giving the employees different excuses as to why they can't turn the ac on. It's at least 85 in there, all employees and customers are miserable. If it's true about not being able to turn the ac on, at least bring in some fans for these poor people.

Little sister said strawberry matcha- lady put it down as the matcha lemonade. When I got the order, the other lady said they actually ran out of the strawberry matcha so they made the lemonade version instead. The cashier lady could’ve said they ran out/ sold out to us first then we wouldn’t have ordered the matcha strawb. I wonder why she didn’t and no wonder she took long to get my order after because she was probably pressing whatever she had to do. Anywho, thank you to the other barista who remade a similar version but according to little sis it just tastes like flowers in a cup.

Ordered a cold trenta summer refresher (with bobas). I recieved it in a paper cup and a small (narrow) paper straw. Couldn't get to the bobos and they kept clogging the straw. Halfway thru drinking it, the straw started dissolving. Not a good experience!
What great staff, so cheerful and helpful. I would recommend this place for this alone but the coffee was good too 👌

First of all they didn’t even put boba in my summer berry and when I complained she gave me only 2 spoon fills when I ordered five and when I looked at the drink there was literally no boba like maybe micro amount

I was disappointed with the drinks; I ordered 2 drinks, strawberry aci w/ water light ice, ice chai light ice 3 brown sugar in a vent, I was disappointed when I received them, looking inside and feeling the cups 3/4 of the cup was full w/ ice and both drinks weren’t full. The drinks and the croissants tasted good
