Ordered a cold trenta summer refresher (with bobas). I recieved it in a paper cup and a small (narrow) paper straw. Couldn't get to the bobos and they kept clogging the straw. Halfway thru drinking it, the straw started dissolving. Not a good experience!
I have been here 3 times and every time it’s been a 25+ minute wait, bad luck maybe? I have never experienced this at any other Starbucks. The staff were okay- I could tell they were stressed from the busyness so a little less friendly.
I was having a really bad day, with a huge headache, and then I was met with a warm smile and positive attitude from the person at the register named Bibo, it really turned my day around quick!
I’m glad Starbucks is taking special care of customers, sometimes we have bad days, but it really helps when you’re met with an attitude that’s as warm as the coffee being served. Thank you !!!!!
