I stopped in to this Starbucks to grab a quick drink. There were not very many people in there, and there was no Line. After ordering my drink, I stood by the counter, trying to get a glass of water, but nobody even made in contact with me, let alone, smiled. It took a while to get my drink, which is fine. I understand that, but when she put my drink out again, there was no eye contact, and no smile. When I then asked for a cup of water, she said OK. It’ll be a minute and walked away. It did not seem like anyone there wanted to be working there or working in customer service.

I run 10 miles every Saturday and l'd stop by here at times when I get very thirsty on mile 8. I'd ask for water and was never asked to pay. Last Saturday at approximately 9:45-ish am, I asked for a small cup of water and the lady asked if I bought anything, obviously I didnt, I'm wearing a sports bra sweating. so she declined and I asked for the manager, no manager but acting manager and backed up the employee and I said I run here every weekend and never have I encountered that. So I offered to pay as I have Starbucks app but just a cup and again they declined. What happened to SB?I used to be a daily customer .. so now with these 2 employees attitude towards me, idk. Customer service wasn't shown here. STARBUCKS OWNER in Cannery Row, WHAT HAPPENED ? This was frustrating. NO STAR was deserved with this maltreatment but my review won't upload if I don't put a star. I wasn’t treated this way by any Starbucks store except THIS ONE!

They have vegan and vegetarian labels on their oven food! The spicy falafel pocket is also really tasty (I just wish it was bigger hehe)

Employees and manager just don't seem to care. The floors were dirty for over an hour and there was no effort to even attempt to get a sweep when it was dead with 5 employees and a manager present. The glass display for the Food items was dirty and the bar they were working at was filthy. The bathrooms were atrocious. It was a poor sight to see from a beautiful store. The service was subpar which is shocking because its Starbucks... how are you not friendly? Biggest ice sore on cannery row this trip. Couldn't believe it was Starbucks.

Very large store front with plenty of seating and a view of the cute Cannery Row. This location does paper cups and service is kinda slow.
I I like the fact that they make decaf coffee fresh, one cup at a time. The barista was very pleasant and friendly. It’s a very nice coffee shop.

Female attendant couldn’t care less. Zero enthusiasm. Absolute minimum required energy given. Coffee foam was done incorrectly. Pumpkin spice latte had zero foam. Just incorrect.
