Female attendant couldn’t care less. Zero enthusiasm. Absolute minimum required energy given. Coffee foam was done incorrectly. Pumpkin spice latte had zero foam. Just incorrect.

I really like the decorations in this Starbucks it just fits the aesthetic of the area around it, and with the beach next to it is even better. Love this Starbucks!

Great staff and great service. The noise level is atrocious - conversation is very difficult. An acoustic tile ceiling would go a long way toward making this a pleasant place.

Happy Hour Crash

My wife and I visited this place yesterday late morning. The bathrooms were closed with no sign, indicating the reason only a large garbage can in front of the restroom door with a piece of tape across the entrance. Neither of the two female barristas greeted us or said thank you. The place was dirty. We had to wipe off our table, and the trash was overflowing from the trash can. I did not see any condiments except for napkins. We will not return to this particular Starbucks.

I'm thrilled they have the Clover Vertica machine to be coffee. Finally I get a hot flavorful Pike every time. Service here is friendly. The store is large, lots of seating, but it's a very touristy area.

We stopped by for a cappuccino on Tuesday June 18 2024 late morning. The service was noticeable unfriendly. Didn't ask my name for the order, and I couldn't hear anyone calling out that my order was ready. I had to ask if this is my order. Then condiments like milk and sugar were not available. I had to ask for it and it was given to me. The place inside looks not inviting. Sparce and mire like a college cafeteria.

If I could rate a zero, I would! I went to the Starbucks at 711 Cannery Row in Monterey, California, and had an extremely poor experience. I placed my drink order and asked if I could use two cards for split payment. I explained to her can you please just charge four dollars on this card? That’s what I have on my Cash App. I will therefore use the remainder of the payment on my Visa. Working as a cashier full-time, I always make sure to act very professional and polite to customers service workers. When she couldn’t do the tasks as handed, the barista who took my order acted rudely. I explained to her that she was not splitting the payment on her system, and she was trying to charge me the full amount of seven dollars for the coffee when I only have four dollars on the cash app.Therefore, the card kept on declining and she was giving me dirty looks and I explained I only have four dollars. Can you charge four dollars? The barista grabbed my card out of my hand and got upset with me even though I told them it was okay and I will pay with an another card after asking her coworker for assistance. Her coworker then grabs my card and jams it into the card reader creating a mark in the card. I then said again I can just pay with my Visa. It’s fine. At this, I got dirty looks from both baristas. My friend proceeds to then order a water and the barista said that’s all you’re really gonna get. I thought Starbucks employees were supposed to act nice that’s why we all waste our money there. After this innocent, I went and sat down with my friends.I then received my coffee and the male barista shoved my coffee down very roughly on the counter and gave me a dirty look when I picked it up. I proceeded to say thank you have a good day and he ignored me. I then took a drink of my coffee and it tasted extremely bitter and burnt of espresso. I have never experienced anything like this at a Starbucks near me and this is very unprofessional on the Starbucks location. I will be contacting corporate. This location may ask me why didn’t you just have them remake the drink? I didn’t have them remake the drink because your workers make me feel uncomfortable. Isn’t Starbucks considered a safe place! This is another reason for me to just stop getting Starbucks due to the acquisitions are being made against the war and the increased prices of the coffee there. Now they’re own employees. Don’t even know how to act professional! I will now go to Dutch Bros instead!Drink: caramel macchiato iced
