Im just gonna repeat the same complaint as the last customer.. ordered a ice coffee, they dont have plastic cups so im drinking my coffee out of a hot cup. Just weird, but when I ordered my 4 shots on ice, they give me a larger cup and it had enough ice to fill 5 of my normal drinks. I came back in and said, I asked for a different size cup and definitely didnt ask for the whole ice machine to be added to my cup. She said, that size it for hot drinks.. I said, I dont care. If you are not gonna carry the plastic cups like the rest of the country, you should still know how to make a iced coffee.. she said, I will remake it, but only this time. Just rude. I didnt mess it up, and im am very specific on what I wanted and pointed at the cup and believed I communicated my order in a way that not even a child could get it wrong. I ended up buying a sandwich and even still tipped them even tho that wasn't deserved.. Just shocked that they were rude.. well the main woman at the counter with short hair and a accent .no way am I coming back. So unreal. And I dont eat meat so I asked if they had a breakfast sandwich that doesn't have meat. She said, I can just take the meat off.. Thats fine with me cause Im not a weirdo vegetarian or vegan like most who ask if they have something without meat. 🤔

Crispy grilled cheese on sourdough is an amazing sandwich 🥪🤤 and goes really good with the caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino with extra caramel! They always add alot of extra extra caramel for my drink!

I ordered a TRENTA with LIGHT ICE, and they gave me like 90 % ICE, the ice was MORE THAN HALF THE ACTUAL CUP. I hardly had any to drink and was so disappointed. Wasted my money on a drink that was NOT worth it. Not coming to this place ever.

Im not gonna lie that girl Fangirl B is always commenting on posts saying stuff about staff when her friends are embarrassing her..... they have gone to a couple of establishments giving bad reviews it really is her brand.... the staff here are amazing and honestly the bad reviews come to me as a surprise given they are always nice and go above and beyond. I notice customers who do not get their way after being rude purposely come to comment negative reviews in hopes they get someone in trouble even if they were just doing their jobs. The company or whoever is in charge needs to stop believing these customers that go out of their way to harass and bad mouth or bully these workers that are doing their best and they are just doing their jobs. Idk if anyone sees this but I hope they know everyone at Del Monte is really sweet and you can ask the regulars too!!! They know how good the staff is!

Rude barista bothered my friend when he accidentally squeaked his shoes and when we apologized she had a distasteful attitude. Bad customer service.

If you look through the reviews for this location, you’ll quickly notice a common theme: the customer service is lacking. I placed a mobile order for coffee and simply asked for a cup of hot water. The barista told me I would need to wait in the extremely long line, even though it would’ve taken just a moment to pour it.
At my local Starbucks, the staff is friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the team at this location seemed disengaged and unapproachable — more interested in standing around than assisting customers. I wouldn’t recommend this location and will be avoiding it in the future.

In a popular part of town, we spotted this coffee shop and sat here for a while with our coffee drinks. Lots of people going by, a busy coffee shop.
They messed up my order for the SECOND time! I ask for NO ice and I got ice, I asked for no strawberry inclusions and I GET strawberry inclusions smh fire these workers
