While I sat in Stabrucks today at least five people came in with dogs. One dog shook its fur out and dog hair landed on my food. This is an establishment that serves food and I can't understand why dogs are allowed? These were not service animals nor behaved like them. Staff did not question them. Absolutely disgusting and I will not return.

I had fresh brewed coffee with half with no option of self mixing. It was premixed by batista, never asked how much half and half to much mix. It doesn't taste anything like coffee. It has color of coffee, tasted like hot milk.its a disappointment to have coffee that doesn't taste like coffee. I believe the customers need to be given a self-service mixing option for fresh brewed coffee.

Fairly typical Starbucks for the most part. Friendly staff and quick order turn around. Large space compared to most Starbucks with plenty of seating.
Parking: Typically fairly busy but I've never had trouble finding a space. Also, there are 2 10 min onpy Mobile Order pick-up spaces up front, which is nice if you're on-the-go.

The Large Coffee Latte with Peanut Syrup for $6.50 was delicious! The inside is nice, spacious and clean.
Every time I come here I am bummed out. The girl working the drive thru window today at 410 was very rude. I asked her a question and she ignored me. The only thing she did say was "this is going to ask you a question" and stuck the card reader out asking for a tip. I suppose she wasn't satisfied with the amount because when I said thank you have a nice day she ignored me, stared off into space for a minute, then walked away. Terrible customer service. I won't be back.

what a great way to start my day! I was treated to a complimentary coffee for my birthday, which in and of itself was a nice treat. Moreover, the barista, Holly, greeted me and engaged with me, in a cheerful and pleasant manner. She genuinely wished me good cheer. It was the beginning of what I know will be a great day and year.
