The wait is just unbearable. No line in the front, a very few people inside, and all waiting for 15+ minutes for the orders. Mine took 17min to complete. No wonder no one wants to come in.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. I was told I had to purchase an item just to get hot water to warm up my baby’s milk. I ended up paying $2 for something I didn’t need and had to throw away.
I’ve been a loyal customer and came here regularly, but this situation felt unnecessary and unkind, especially as a parent. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning. It’s unfortunate to lose long-term customers over something so small.
Once I had a bad experience at Starbucks, a guy disrespected me, with his tone, as I was talking to my mom in Chicago, he said very loudly turn down that phone, as the store manager backed him up, all along the guy had his computer on loud

We were in. the area for a couple of days and we drove past this little coffee shop, found some parking nearby and went inside to get a couple of big coffee drinks. The quality was reliable.
While I sat in Stabrucks today at least five people came in with dogs. One dog shook its fur out and dog hair landed on my food. This is an establishment that serves food and I can't understand why dogs are allowed? These were not service animals nor behaved like them. Staff did not question them. Absolutely disgusting and I will not return.

I'd tell everyone to avoid this place ok but the lady manager would jus gossip that I was trying to ruin their hub status.
Awesome that they’ve got parking space. Downside is homeless people staying inside of the store. Makes the experience a bit less enjoyable.

I had fresh brewed coffee with half with no option of self mixing. It was premixed by batista, never asked how much half and half to much mix. It doesn't taste anything like coffee. It has color of coffee, tasted like hot milk.its a disappointment to have coffee that doesn't taste like coffee.
I believe the customers need to be given a self-service mixing option for fresh brewed coffee.

Fairly typical Starbucks for the most part. Friendly staff and quick order turn around. Large space compared to most Starbucks with plenty of seating.
Parking: Typically fairly busy but I've never had trouble finding a space. Also, there are 2 10 min onpy Mobile Order pick-up spaces up front, which is nice if you're on-the-go.

The Large Coffee Latte with Peanut Syrup for $6.50 was delicious! The inside is nice, spacious and clean.
