Customer service at this location is horrible. They looked miserable to be there and were not friendly at all. I’m glad I didn’t order a drink because 2 cake pops took them 10 minutes to serve. god awful service and the cake pops had other food crumbs on them. will not ever return to this location. Also not kid friendly.

$4.95 for a chocolate croissant is overpriced.
Cute, mellow spot to hang out. I was in town for a few hours and drank chai while I did homework. Everyone was super sweet and it was mellow enough to listen to my lectures inside. Will definitely be going again when I stop next.

Just watched the barista blow off two. Customers. Complete utter lack of acknowledgment. Then the other employee, tries to defend him by making excuses for him. Both are young, rude and have zero accountability.
What a damn poor example of service.

Standard Starbucks outlet that caters to outlying local community. Just spent a bit of time before heading for a hike at nearby Jack's Peak last June 2024.

Ordered a coffee Frappuccino and paid for extra caramel smh every time I order extra caramel they never put extra in it sometimes I have to ask can you make this over because this is not what I paid for but this time I couldn’t ask because I was on my way to work it’s so frustrating like I paid extra to have extra so give me just that I miss the old workers they use to make it just right and I use go to Starbucks every day now it’s every once in a while because they can’t get my order right

These little Cuties have my Coffee Concotion Perfect Every Time On Time!
Parking: It can get a hair tight parking from 6:00 to 8:00 or so, but the spots are turned over quickly
Wheelchair accessibility: It is easily accessible DP parking with a ramp, I can appreciate it some mornings

Great !
Not a super frequent Starbucks patron, I try to limit my visits to when I have a gift card or rewards points to cash in cuz it pains me to spend $6—7 on a coffee that already felt overpriced when my usual cinnamon dulce latte went up to $5+ a few years ago ??But I do appreciate being able to place a mobile order when I leave Ryan Ranch & by the time I drive down to Stonecreek, park & walk inside it's almost always ready for me to pick up—which is why Del Rey Oaks is my favorite Starbucks location in this area.☕ routinely the fastest making my order☕ most consistent in preparing our go-to drinks perfectly every time☕ most likely to have what we want to order in stock AND available via mobile order? some other stores disallow mobile ordering at seemingly random times & occasionally for extended periods? easiest location to swing by, run inside & head out quickly thanks to ample parking & fewer other customers at any given time? at the mall & especially downtown Monterey, having to park super far away seems like the norm....no big deal if there's no time crunch to factor in, but otherwise I just avoid the busier stores in the more tourist-y areas. 9x out of 10 it'll take way longer than anticipated & defeat the purpose of the mobile order in the first place? Sand City & Crossroads in Carmel have plenty of parking right outside the store but both are extremely busy almost on a daily basis—they're the slowest locations by far & most likely to run out of certain items or shut down mobile ordering temporarily?? #1 TIP FOR GETTING THE MOST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK AT STARBUCKS ?? ALWAYS ORDER THRU THE APP & ALWAYS CHECK OUT W/ A GIFT CARD PAYMENT!!!You earn 2 rewards points per $1 spent via a gift card saved to your account in the app so to maximize those rewards add funds to a gift card *then* place your order. You can save your debit/credit card to your account as well & use that to load/reload your gift card, but if you process the transaction directly from your card you only get 1 point/$1 so that simple extra step doubles your rewards & cuts in half the time between your free drinks, customization upgrades, food items, etc.If you're gonna spend 7 bucks on a cup of coffee, might as well bank 14 points toward a free one in the future, right?! ☺️
