1 star because employee did not speak English at all, and/or couldn’t even understand when we showed number 1 with our fingers and said ”The Philly” as clearly as possible. We also ordered chicken salad wrap and they made a chicken salad in a plastic box.

Typical subway sandwiches. The lady who served us wasn't particularly friendly.Unfortunately, this branch didn't offer vegan patties, so we had to settle for a sub with salad and vegetables.

This place is pretty good...but turning off online ordering 30 minutes before closing time is kinda bs for a sandwich shop. 0 reason. 10 or 15 minutes i get.

This place is always short of my fav. Bread the Italian herb cheese bread. That is why I am always hesitant of going to this place.

Received coupon mailer via USPS which clearly states "Get a FOOTLONG for $5.99" went to the Subway located at Del Monte Shopping Center and ordered a footlong roastbeef. The cashier scanned the coupon, but then proceeded to say that I owed an additional $6.54 because the footlong roastbeef was over $13.00.
Greez, if I had known it was a 50% coupon, I would have gone to the restaurant in the same shopping center for a REAL roastbeef sandwich!
Complained to Subway National, which sent my complaint to the owner near Santa Clara to no avail.

Standard subway chain with all the usual sandwich options. Nothing fancy buy is good for a reasonable sandwich and chips.

Walked in around 8.20pm to probably the grumpiest employee ever. Instead of asking, he merely glared and waited for our order. After angrily preparing our subs, he refused to get any sauces since those "had already been cleared away" because he was planning to close early due to it "being a slow night." Thank God for Jack-in-the-Box so we could get some honey mustard.

Kids love ordering and paying for their own food. Subway always obliges.

Love subway! They were very friendly and accommodating to what I wanted to order here and food was very fresh and delicious as always!
