I ordered a chicken sandwich from here and it tasted like bitter tuna from the guy that ordered before me. This place should really clean their knives in between sandwiches.

Ordered three times using the app and it will say ready, but they won’t start making the sandwiches until you get to the store. They take an average of 10 minutes after the app says the order is supposed to be ready. A one-time occasion is understandable, but it’s not ok to do this multiple times. Not a good luck on the restaurant.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to! They refused to toast my sandwich because it was flat bread?! That makes no sense and they couldn’t explain this to me! They argued with me and kept refusing to get the customer what they wanted! Every other subway in the Monterey County toasts flat bread every time I’ve ordered it. They were rude and incompetent! They had no idea what to do! Every other subway besides the one on Canyon Del Rey knows how to make a sandwich on flatbread and toast it! They put the chicken bacon and cheese on the bread and put it in the toasted. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Somebody teach these employees how to smile and act like they wanna be there because if they don’t go home! Girl was on phone by register while I was waiting to order than another guy always looks mad also when helping u! Let’s do better people help the customers with a smile or go home if u don’t wanna make a lil money here…. Has to be hard to find good help now days! You can really tell! And owner or manager teach your employees better!!! Do better !!!

Horrible management. There is never an employee on the floor when I go in. Could very easily take what I want and leave. One manager seems very annoyed anytime she has to get behind the line to make a sandwich. Final straw was not getting full scoops of meat for my sandwich. When I asked for the proper amount, the manager insisted I pay extra. Never going back here

Rude staff! Avoid at all costs! We brought in a small plate of baby food and wanted them to heat it up and order 4 sandwiches (for the adults), but they refused since even the baby has to order something. Sorry but my baby is not even 1 year old and doesn’t have the necessary number of teeths to chomp through a sandwich.The rudest lady is the one in the middle of the picture looking at the camera. She doesn’t speak any English and just refuses anything you ask her. Subway, pls train your employees a bit more.

Disappointing. We ordered a sandwich and a salad. The salad the girl made was very skimpy, a lot smaller than the bowl it was put in! The guy working with her couldn't answer simple questions (do you gave a price for 3 cookies or is it 89 cents each only) and honestly looked confused the whole time although he was pleasant, well groomed,etc. The girl had a really heavy accent and was hard to understand. We bought 2 bottled waters in the case and I later got 2 paper cups and ice. To my dismay she charged me for the cups and ice and didn't say anything until I looked at the receipt. I felt Nicole and dimed. Sorry but that's not good communication, it's flawed customer service. I know times are touch but we should be informed, I would've just ordered a fountain drink. All together we spent $39 for a salad, 12" sandwich, 2 bottled waters, and some cookies after we kept a 15% tip. Sad!
