This gal came of her shift, at 8:06 pm tonight, and STOKED my 7 year old boys… and me. She had the Christmas Spirit and this was the last place we expected it, and actually, the first Christmas Spirit of the Season. My kids said that was so nice… and I agree. Merry Christmas to you wonderful lady. 🎄

This place needs better management. Especially in the evenings. It’s ridiculous how many times your order will be pushed back. This has happened 3x in a row. They know nothing else is open and they act like it, so they don’t care about you.

Took genuinely 30 minutes to get my food. There were about 6 workers who were taking turns going to the bathroom for about 15 minutes each. Then I received my Crunchwrap and they somehow forgot to put the beef in it. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell.

As of Sept. 2025 they are struggling to even take orders. At best, it’s mediocre food and when the service end doesn’t work there is no point. You have to order from the kiosk and if you want to pay with cash at the counter, nobody comes to take it. I just waited 15 minutes and walked out. Until they change something, I won’t be back. There are several Mexican restaurants within walking distance, so keep playin hard to get.

The people that work at the restaurant are not rude, but very shorthanded. I live in the neighborhood and I usually anticipate a 30 minute wait. Today it was 45 minutes. Unfortunately, you cannot get a refund on the Taco Bell app. Otherwise, if I’m willing to wait 30 to 45 minutes, I will always get food. I know they are doing what they can.

Placed my order online. Arrived 20 minutes later and it still wasn't ready. Waited for another 40 minutes. Almost every table was dirty, the work station was a mess, and staff was moving ridiculously slow for how many orders they had backed up. Felt like I was in the twilight zone. I was tempted to hop behind the counter and help them at least clean while they worked since they all just stood around like zombies while they waited for timers to beep.

I wanted a quick bite before boarding a shuttle to SFO. I ordered a cheesy bean burrito. Though there were 4 people working the line, the pace was glacial. After five minutes I had without my food to leave or miss my bus. The only time I go to Taco Bell is when I need something fast, and they didn’t even manage to do that.
