The people that work at the restaurant are not rude, but very shorthanded. I live in the neighborhood and I usually anticipate a 30 minute wait. Today it was 45 minutes. Unfortunately, you cannot get a refund on the Taco Bell app. Otherwise, if I’m willing to wait 30 to 45 minutes, I will always get food. I know they are doing what they can.

Placed my order online. Arrived 20 minutes later and it still wasn't ready. Waited for another 40 minutes. Almost every table was dirty, the work station was a mess, and staff was moving ridiculously slow for how many orders they had backed up. Felt like I was in the twilight zone. I was tempted to hop behind the counter and help them at least clean while they worked since they all just stood around like zombies while they waited for timers to beep.

I wanted a quick bite before boarding a shuttle to SFO. I ordered a cheesy bean burrito. Though there were 4 people working the line, the pace was glacial. After five minutes I had without my food to leave or miss my bus. The only time I go to Taco Bell is when I need something fast, and they didn’t even manage to do that.
The staff was very nice, friendly, and had great customer service! Thank you!

I’m sorry in advance to whoever works here I don’t want to see them lose they’re jobs but this place has to go put anything els in it’s spot please!. I’ve been there 3 times in the past 2 weeks to get the new chicken nuggets and everytime I went in they’re fryer is down and this time they apparently didn’t have any change for 100$ and no sign that indicated that so I waited in there for 20 minutes just to find out I couldn’t get my food because they didn’t have change. Please put a Popeyes or chipotle I think this community would benefit from this Taco Bell being replaced.

I wanted to try this chain and there was so much to choose from. I got a box that had a taco, burrito, side and drink included. I switched the side to cinnamon twists which were yummy. Reasonable prices for the quantity and the online order was ready super quickly
