Had reservations for a Windows seat, we were seated in a booth by the servers station, very loud, servers were fast almost too fast like they were trying to get us in and out, food came out fast however it wasn't fresh you could tell it was precooked and sitting under a heat lamp. We are local and come here alot, maybe not anymore.

Had a lovely breakfast in the restaurant in the morning and then went to the bar later that day for drinks. We asked for a tequila old fashioned cocktail and the lovely bar man Luis made us one of his own creations. He called it a Mexican old fashioned and it was honestly the best cocktail we have ever tasted. Luis is a very skilled mixologist and hopefully his Mexican old fashioned will become a regular drink at the C bar.

This place is great! Keep in mind if you're not staying at the hotel they validate parking for 3 hours when dining, we didn't know and paid for parking around the corner. We sat on the patio, the heaters were great and we never felt cold as the sun was setting. We watched sea otters and sail boats the entire time we dined, it was lovely. Our server was Sarah, she had great recommendations and was wonderful to chat with, she was very attentive and gave us great recommendations on things to do in the area during our trip! And the food was Devine, from the moment we received the rosemary bread to the last bite of the milk & honey toast we were in heaven.

I recently stayed at this hotel and visited the C restaurant + bar. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was extremely disappointing. Despite discrimination supposedly being a thing of the past, I encountered it firsthand. Upon attempting to sit at the bar among other patrons, I was rudely told that it wasn't 'my place' and encouraged to sit outside or in a distant area of the restaurant. When I questioned this treatment, I was met with hostility. Even my simple order for a drink was met with disdain. It's disheartening to experience such blatant discrimination in this day and age.

Menu doesn't even accurately list ingredients, multiple waiters and kitchen staff got it wrong and I didn't realize until I had already started eating. This is not an upscale restaurant at all. People were dressed like they were going out to eat fast food. There weren't even any table cloths o. The table. Food was ok but overpriced.
Bravo to the kitchen! I was stunned when mngmnt allowed a lap dog in the dining room, presented as a “service” dog. I was disillusioned when one of the offending party began shouting at our party as we were leaving. I have never eaten at a fine dining establishment that allowed a lap dog in the dining room.

Reasonably priced for my husband and I. Not ridiculously expensive. The upscale aesthetic makes it a place to eat once in a blue moon for occasions and such. Food and portion size hit the spot. View was relaxing, pier ocean view. Service and greeter very professional and prompt in service. Overall excellent in our book.

This is a wonderful choice if you are looking for a casual restaurant with well-prepared food, great location and view. The food we ordered was delicious and the service was perfect. We live in the area and there are quite a few great restaurants around, we will be coming back to this one.

There are several amazing choices on the menu with several seafood/fish choices, which you know are very fresh and amazing. Our dinners were simply delectable with excellent sauces, the right temperature of the fish and meat, beautifully displayed vegetables... I can't say enough. Hands-down, our favorite restaurant now! I hadn't eaten here for 10 years and all they've done is improve. Our waiter was so attentive, polite, sincere, and very caring for exactly what we wanted. He was personable, and when I made a joke that I'm not very fancy and just wanted a beer, he was extremely helpful and not putting me down for that at all! In fact, he was very passionate and explained all about Alvarado Street Ale, and it was an excellent choice he made for me! He was simply the best!
