Unfortunately this was not a good experience. We had ants everywhere in our room so we were offered an upgrade. The upgraded room also had ants and the bottles of water that were provided were also charged for even though we weren’t informed of this. It took us almost an hour to transfer all the stuff across to the other room so this was a bit disappointing. In addition to this, the holding charge still hasn’t been refunded 10 days later and the hotel hasn’t replied to any...read full review
